“Ordered a Merida Scultura E from Swinnerton's website along with a couple of spare gear hangers & the whole experience was fantastic. Barney was really helpful answering a load of questions I had before placing my order & keeping me up to date with expected delivery date & I also received regular shipping updates as well. The bike arrived & only required the handlebars turning & it was ready to ride, having been serviced prior to shipping. I cannot recommend Swinnerton's highly enough, cheers guys!”

“pe ordered a topeak torque wrench the day it came in they sent next day delivery and was delivered early morning also kept me in the loop very happy highly recommended thanks”

“Hope 150 purple Cranks arrived but the hope box was not sturdy enough and had failed inside so that the cranks were banging and rattling against each other. this caused chaffing to one crank and the other had a weird dull stain on the white section. I paid full price but got shabby seconds. I emailed swinnerton and cc hope but no one replied. Seems a shame for Hope to make such a good product and be let down by a rubbish box!”

“Good stock list, good prices. Took two weeks from my order to dispatch though. Then FedEx left with a neighbour and wouldn’t say where. Raised a request with Swinnerton asking what their policy was in this situation and hadn’t heard back a week later… so perhaps not best to use if you’re in a hurry”
