“Ordered new brooks saddle ,received 8th august but small fault on saddle rail ,returned same day after contacting them . I agreed to accept a new replcement when in stock they also said they would pay me back my postage fees. New saddle arrived this am mon 14th.”

“Very happy with my DT Swiss rim - it arrived very fast, well packaged and the price was good. Also very pleased to see that FedEx is the delivery courier - it was a fairly delicate rim and I'm not sure it would have survived an Evri/Hermes delivery, in my opinion.”

“Amazing company that goes above and beyond to help it's customers, I was in a bit pickle needing a part for my DVO shock that was out of stock everywhere in the U.K , They made a few phone calls for me and managed to get me the part within 24hrs to my door 🙂 Thanks again guys 🙏 Great company with fantastic customer services what more do you need...
