“best service from a bike show i have every had. Bought a bike on a wednesday and asked for the cranks to changed to 170 , with oval chain rings. got the bike with all the parts fitted . Delivered to me with in six days.”

“I'm delighted. I admit to being an apprehensive and nervous on-line purchaser. However, my recent purchase form Swinneertons, of saddle parts needed to keep my cherished velocipede in working order, has left me feeling very re-assured. The process was completely hassle-free and I received exactly the part I needed and in double-quick time too. Bravo.”

“Ordered replacement shimano chainring of a different spec to that already fitted as a potential alternative. It arrived quickly, however on comparing parts was clear it wasn't compatible with my set up. I returned the part and Swinnerton swiftly refunded me without quible. Excellent service and I will certainly buy from them again in future.”

“Ok , tbf to Swinnerton cycles the items that I ordered were from America and it turns out that the maker distributer had taken ill so hence back log of orders world wide . I have now received both items in dribs/ drabs and it will be 6 mths come 18/9/24 since ordering. I have been kept informed and offered refunds but as I was not DESPERATE for items I agreed to wait and understood that they could not speed up delivery under circumstances . If you are in a hurry for items I would contact company first on availability ??? But at least I got them and the dynaplug pro racer tool and spare tips are well made , not exactly cheap in price but nothing is now in the cycling business”

“Excellent service was looking for an Axle/Skewer for my MTB when swinnerton cycles came up in my search not many shops/stores carried the part I was after.after placing the order I got an e-mail regarding my order and delivery.My part arrived 2 days after placing order and well packaged”

“Needed a new cartridge for my crank brothers highline. Couldn't find anything online, called up the shop and they were able to order it in for me. Very helpful. Now have a working dropper post again. Thank you.”
