“I love my Giro helmet and was upset when after years of service the pads wore out. I couldn’t find anybody in the UK who sold the spares until I discovered Swinnerton Cycles. Was easily able to order using Apple Pay. Package arrived as promised, genuine parts. My helmet is like new again.”

“Purchased XT 3x10 crankset, front derailleur, front shifter in Oct 2024. All supplied in good condition, no problems. International delivery was prompt but very expensive. No option for slow/cheap delivery. (Deducted one star for this high cost) In my country, Shimano seem unwilling to stock XT triple-ring equipment so I am very grateful Swinnerton will ship it.”

“Delighted with my new Pannier bag. Staff were very helpful at finding an alternative bag as bag I originally ordered was delayed from supplier. When they said they would contact me they did. The bag they recommended fitted perfectly on to my rack.”

“Ordered two items. Email received to say awaiting stock which was fair enough. First part arrived very quickly, almost 2 months later no sign of second part and no response to either emails or contact form to update. Good speedy delivery of in stock item let down by a lack of communication around the other.”
