“sorry guys, i paid a bleeding kit for a dominion a4, like your picture, and non-compliant item arrived, not in the same price range. I hope it was a mistake but I can't return it as it is open.”

“Very good service from Swinnertons. A good price on a Brooks saddle and easy to order. Along with some Shimano brake bleeding spares which are useful to have in your maintenance kit for the future. Good electronic communication with updates and very good quick courier delivery. And I know from past experience that the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful if this is needed. Many thanks.”

“If you want to find out the quality of a company, judge them by the way they solve problems. I ordered a part which was quite expensive but incorrect. My fault. Swinnerton took back the part and refunded me really quickly. Thats customer service. Shall definitely be ordering from them again.”

“They price matched the bike to a very good price and when it came with incorrect parts from the manufacturer they sorted it all for me without issue. I always try to support local businesses when I can and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Barney and the team.”

“Good service, if you need a saddle, go in person and get it fitted professionally as it is so much better than guessing what is correct. Same with other parts and accessories, always better to get the fit right first time after trying for size, no returns that way. Good workshop in Swinnertons and its good to speak to real people instead of a screen!”
