“I pre-ordered a part for my bike - which claimed it would be in stock in 10 days. I received it about 50 days later. I sent multiple emails asking about the delivery time, and also confirming that the part I had ordered was actually the one I needed (it had a somewhat ambiguous title), and zero of my 5 emails were replied to.”
