“Used Swinnertons to buy an item I had been looking at for a while appeared at an exceptional price needed to ask a sizing question response was excellent pleased with the product and customer service 🙂 FedEx could have been better but that was out of Swinnerton’s control 😞”

“Ordered a 30 tooth boost chainring, the first item sent was a 30 tooth non-boost chainring, they're excuse "it's an easy mistake to make" this item was returned, the replacement sent is now a 32 tooth boost chainring. They're not getting a third chance to get it right, full refund requested. I worry about their knowledge and competence if the so called experts can not get simple things like part numbers correct. My advice would be to avoid.”

“I found them online searching for a very hard part to get my hands on. I was ordering from Canada and they had what I wanted. The ordering process was easy and the part was shipped out right away with tracking. The order came before the estimated due date which is always a nice surprise. I reached out once during the ordering process and they responded immediately. Overall a very successful purchase, delivery and follow up by Swinnerton. I will order from them in the future.
