“I bought a Brooks b17 titanium saddle .Apart from Brooks themselves most online stores had sold out. Swinnerton were about £40 cheaper than Brooks for the same saddle. Dispatched quick. No fuss”

“Good price on the items I wanted, arrived fairly quickly, although no dispatch or shipping emails were received so I didn’t know when to expect delivery (just as well I was at home when the delivery came). When I rang to find out I was told the guy who does online orders “isn’t in today” - - really?!!”

Hi Easy mistake to make. The M30 bottom bracket you ordered is meant specifically for the Praxis M30 axle system, which has a stepped 30/28mm axle. You’re welcome to send it back for a refund, or exchange for a straight 30mm bottom bracket. You could also replace the bearing in the 28mm side with a standard 6806 30mm bore bearing to fit your RaceFace chainset if that is easier for you. “Service was good delivery was good pricing very good I only problem was when I spoke to someone on the phone he recommended a chain with 114 links, but I needed a bigger one so we had to splice it”
