“I found them online searching for a very hard part to get my hands on. I was ordering from Canada and they had what I wanted. The ordering process was easy and the part was shipped out right away with tracking. The order came before the estimated due date which is always a nice surprise. I reached out once during the ordering process and they responded immediately. Overall a very successful purchase, delivery and follow up by Swinnerton. I will order from them in the future. Thank the team at Swinnerton for everything!”

“The product, a small packet of rubber frame lug plugs, was exactly what I was looking for, however, if I had had a bit more time I would have looked elsewhere because the item was £4.99 and the postage and packaging cost £6.00. £6.00 to deliver something that was smaller than a packet of peanuts, seriously!?”

“Item was not what I expected, the picture showed a different model and the description didn't give enough detail to clarify which model of drop bars it is. I sent an email and got a very short, rude answer back which felt like "though luck, it says in our TCs that pictures don't need to be accurate". Buy from somewhere else!”
