Driver showed up 40 minutes late. I had to call twice to get answer from their service people and they wouldn't let me have a refund so I could go get a normal taxi until they wasted enough time for the driver to finally arrive. Awful, use someone else.

Shocking - driver didn’t turn up. We were delayed in our transfer as a result. What’s the point in paying for this if it’s not reliable

We ordered the taxi from home, some days before our trip. After maybe 2-3 days they e-mailed us back and wanted another 10$ because the address was a bit further out than their webpage anticipated. Luckely we received that e-mail just before we left our home, otherwise we wouldn't have seen it before it was too late. We paid the extra money. The taxi driver was waiting for us when we arrived, but had to help others first, so we waited approx. 15 minutes for him (and we were ok with that). But when finally heading towards the car with us, he stopped to answer his cell phone and got into a 10 minutes long conversation with someone. We stood there, in the parking lot and in the burning sun (+30 Celsius), with all our luggage, waiting (again)... When he was done, we discovered that the car was a very old and small car, it looked like it was a Ford Escort from the 80's. Since it was parked in the sun, it was burning hot inside, and it didn't seem to have an AC. Since the car was so small, it was hard to fit the luggage (only 2 normal luggages). The seatbelts didn't work (!) and during the entire trip to the hotel (in this car that was hotter than a sauna) the driver was on his cell phone yelling something about that the car was running out of fuel any second. The ride two weeks later, when going home, was a much better experience. It was a big, clean, modern car with AC. Very nice. If you make contact to Suntransfers service desk via e-mail, be sure to e-mail them at least 1-2 days before you are going. We sent them a question via e-mail 6 hours before our trip, and they didn't reply until the next day. So be aware of that and call them instead. In the e-mail I also asked them to make sure that we would get a vehicle with AC, working seatbelts and enough fuel to get us to the airport and explained that the trip to the hotel had been a night mare. They never addressed that in any way. So, long story short, the trip to the hotel was a nightmare and the Suntransfers didn't even bother to answer the complain about it, or apologize for it. So, no, I cannot recommend this company and we will never travel with them again.

No one showed up to pick us up...we were stood five minutes early waiting and was there for 25 minutes we didn't have anything but our booking voucher so we couldn't contact anyone so ended up getting a taxi...when we tried to get sun transfer to take responsibility for their driver not showing g up they just out right lied and said he was there looking for us...if you have ever been to the Columbus hotel it would take a blind man not to see two desperate people standing outside looking all over for their ride...I thought this was a decent company but the "we don't care" response we got from them was really out of order...so be cautious if it goes ok they give a good service but if it doesn't they could care less about you.. I would never use them again no matter what ....

We arrived in Santiago de Chile exactly in time (9.15) but customs and luggage took 1 hour (as usual). So there was no driver. When we called the office they answered that the driver couldn't wait, he was there at 9.15. The private taxi we were obliged to take did cost us an extra $70. So we never book anything anymore with this lousy company. We really feel cheated.

At the AirPort we had to wait about half an our, before we got our taxi, and we had a pick up time at 12 o`clock back to the AirPort. When there was no taxi at five past twelve, we called the company and they promised to call back in a couple of minutes, but they never did. So at twenty past we tried again, and they promised a taxi within five minutes. No taxi had appeared at half past twelve, so we had the hotel to call us a taxi, and we finaly got on our way in a hurry to catch the plane in time. At twenty to one they called us from the hotell that our taxi was there. Our driver in the car that we took instead, told us that this happens all the time, with the prepaid companies, especially on Saturdays. So I defintely don’t recommend Suntransfers! we had a really bad experience. Susanne Nordblad, Finland

Tried to book transfer with them - their payment system sets off fraud alerts. Even had a nice conversation with their customer service people. Finally got it set up and paid. Couple hours later they called to cancel - said the were overbooked. Why they couldn't have known that when working to get paid is something unknown right now. We'll see how fast they refund my money as they were so quick to get me to pay.

A FUIR - ARNAQUES Nous avions réservé un taxi pour 23€ avec Sun transfers car nous devions prendre un avion au beau milieu de la nuit. Trajet réservé au départ de Malaga pour rejoindre l'aéroport à quelques kilomètres (15/20 km 20 min). Le taxi se pointe à l'heure comme prévu. Il est 4 heures du matin dans une petite rue à sens unique, nous lui demandons si c'est pour la réservation. Le chauffeur acquiesce, chage nos bagages et nous amène à l'aéroport comme prévu. Arrivé à l'aéroport, le chauffeur nous regarde avec un grand sourire malicieux et nous demande de payer 28€. On appelle donc aussitôt suntransfers qui est totalement impuissant, et qui prétexte que l'on s'est trompé de chauffeur. Comme par hasard, dans une petite rue à sens unique à 4h du matin, un seul taxi se pointe pile à l'heure et évidemment selon Suntransfers ce n'était pas notre taxi. Suntransfers nous précise que notre taxi s'est pourtant bien présenté à la réception de l'hotel à l'heure du rendez vous. Ce qui est impossible puisque nous dormions dans une pension sans réception. Bref, le chauffeur était le bon, il a tout simplement profité d'une faille dans les réservations de Suntransfers, puisqu'aucun moyen de s'assurer que cela soit le bon chauffeur. Le chauffeur l'a bien compris, il a encaissé l'argent de la réservation Suntransfers puis celle que nous avons dû repayer de nouveau à l'aéroport. Une course pour 2 paiements. 23€ + 28 € dans sa poche ESTAFAS Reservamos un taxi por € 23 con traslados al sol porque teníamos que coger un avión en el medio de la noche. Viaje desde Málaga para llegar al aeropuerto a pocos kilómetros (15/20 km 20 min). El taxi está a tiempo como se esperaba. Son las 4 ora a en una pequeña calle de sentido único, preguntamos si es por la reserva. El conductor asiente, cargarte nuestro equipaje y nos lleva al aeropuerto según lo planeado. Al llegar al aeropuerto, el conductor nos mira con una gran sonrisa traviesa y nos pide que paguemos 28 €. Así que inmediatamente llamamos a suntransfers que es totalmente impotente, y que pretende que nos equivocamos de conductor. Coincidentemente, en una pequeña calle de sentido a las 4 am, sólo uno de taxis aparece justo a tiempo y de acuerdo suntransfers, obviamente, no era nuestro taxi. Suntransfers nos dice que nuestro taxi estuvo bien presentado en la recepción del hotel en el momento de la cita. Lo cual es imposible ya que dormimos en una pensión sin recepción. En resumen, el conductor esta el taxi reservado, simplemente aprovechó un error en las sistema de reservas de Suntransfers, ya que no hay manera de asegurarse de que este sea el controlador correcto. El conductor entendió esto, tomó las pago de Suntransfers y luego la que tuvimos que pagar en el aeropuerto. Una carrera por 2 pagos. 23€ + 28€ en su bolsillo SCAM We booked a taxi for € 23 with Sun transfers because we had to catch a plane in the middle of the night. Trip from Malaga to reach the airport a few kilometers (15/20 km 20 min). The taxi is on time as expected. It's 4 am in a small one-way street, we ask if it's for the reservation. The driver nods, bags our bags and takes us to the airport as planned. Arrived at the airport, the driver looks at us with a big mischievous smile and asks us to pay 28 €. So we call suntransfers that is totally impotent, and that pretends that we were wrong driver. As luck would have it, in a small one-way street at 4am, a single taxi is coming up right on time and obviously according to Suntransfers it was not our taxi. Suntransfers tells us that our taxi was well presented at the reception of the hotel at the time of appointment. Which is impossible since we slept in a pension without reception. In short, the driver was the right one, he simply took advantage of a flaw in Suntransfers reservations, since there is no way to make sure that this is the right driver. The driver understood this, he cashed the Suntransfers booking money and then the one we had to pay again at the airport. A race for 2 payments. € 23 + € 28 in his pocket

The bus didn’t turn up at pick up point to take us to the airport in Benidorm. Had to fork out 75 euros for a taxi as suntransfers wouldn’t accept it was their error (they emailed us the incorrect pick up point)Very stressful with two young children. Very rude and aggressive staff on the phone and took so long to get taxi fare refunded and didn’t get the full amount. Refused to refund booking fee or part booking fee. Offered 20% off future bookings. Would NEVER use suntransfers again. Avoid at all cost! Appalling customer service!

Our transfer never showed up despite us waiting at Dubai airport for over an hour. Suntransfers admit this but because of poor mobile reception/gremlins in the system our call to their helpline can’t be tracked, so they will only refund 50% of the price we paid. Not only did we have the inconvenience and extra expense of getting to our resort, we then had to spend hours of our holiday emailing to ensure they would turn up for our return prepaid airport transfer. Certainly not the relaxing, stress free holiday we were expecting !!

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! We arrived at the airport in London on time and could not find our driver anywhere. After 10 minutes I call the office, 30 minutes later the driver shows up. He had been sitting down having breakfast in the terminal. On our booked return leg the driver was not in the lobby. I called the service and they said the driver waited for 25 minutes than left. I asked how could that be as it is now 7:10 and our pickup was for 7:00. I informed him we have been in the lobby the whole time. The man for the service began to yell at me, calling me a liar and telling me my time was wrong. I confirmed the time on my phone with the lobby and he told me the driver would not be coming back, he was dispatched for another fair and I needed to find my own way back to the airport, then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Booked and paid for pick up for my son and wife at Auckland airport as part of their honeymoon trip- driver didnt turn up !! Son called several times but no response and then had to pay for a shared shuttle to hotel. Suntransfers refused to refund monies paid - total rip off AVOID THIS COMPANY

DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP!!!!!! I booked an airport transfer from Barcelona airport to the city. I indicated that my flight arrival time as 0730. Our group was in the arrival lounge before 8am but suntransfer driver could not be found. There were 7 of us looking for him. He was not there. I contacted the priority numbers indicated in the voucher emailed to me but I only got an automated reply in Spanish which I could not understand. I tried calling the other number but call couldn't be connected. I had to search the Suntransfer website to get a contact number to call (+44 2035885280). Finally, I was able to talk to an English speaking customer representative around 830am. By this time, we had been waiting for around 40 mins already. We were told to wait for a call but no one called. I received a call from an unknown number around 850am but no one was on the other line and the line was cut. Our group waited for several minutes until we decided around 9am to take a taxi as we have an appointment at 10am. Suntransfer called at around 9:02am. I reported this right away and asked for refund. They refused saying their driver went to the meeting place after I called but our group had left the meeting area. I told them that that is unfair. We were made to wait for more than an hour. The driver was supposed to be waiting for us at the arrival section. Suntransfer was supposed to be monitoring our flight as stated in their website. Now we are being blamed that our group left and decided to take a taxi after being made to wait for around 1.5 hours??? Our group paid EUR70 for the taxi fare. we got delayed and we were inconvenienced due to suntransfer's fault. Their reply? They decided to reconsider and refund 20% to me. 20%????? Service was not rendered, our group incurred additional expense, and we were inconvenienced, and they don't even have the decency to refund the entire amount I paid? DON'T GET SUNTRANSER!!! I should have believed the other reviews.

Waited nearly an hour and a half for transfer to arrive at Faro airport for pick up and 20 minutes from hotel back to Airport Paid 95 euros and given a paltry 23 euros refund terrible service and terrible after sales service Never use again in Portugal

Driver not there on arrival. I had to call UK no then he appeared looking dishevelled not smart like other pick up drivers. Chased ano vehicle on motorway which made me gasp at his driving. Very disappointed. Left customer feedback. Heard nothing from this company!

We would never ever use this company! Really bad service. Driver was hitting on us and they didn't send a taxi for us when we had to go back to the airport! We paid for everything in advance and told us that we had to arrange a taxi ourselves and that they will refund us our money. We got a refund for the taxi but we never got our money back that we paid in advanced! We will let everyone know about this incident.
