I would like to express my disappointment in the SUNTRASFERS.COM services since I had a very bad experience with them. I made a booking from a Barcelona hotel yo the airport of El Prat (20 min ride). When I was making the booking a selected to be informed of the pick up time by SMS with an additional charge. I never received that SMS. Since, I have not received the pick up time SMS, I contacted them by online chat and I was informed that my pick up time was set to 2:45 am while my flight departure time was 6:25!!!! I complained to them arguing that that pick up time was way too early for my flight but their reply was that they had already made arrangements with the other passengers and they could not proceed to a change. It was very surprising for me when I catch the ride to the airport and found out that I was the only passenger. I really think that there better options instead of this irresponsible and inflexible company.

driver was an old man who did not speak or understand a word of English, "private car" was a beat-up old taxi in terrible condition, had to walk 1/4 mile with our luggage to a deserted parking lot. Airport taxis are cheaper, new, better drivers!

We booked suntransfers 14/10/2017 a pick up from Palma airport we waited an hour at gate 4 we could not locate the driver/Neither could we contact your office we then had to pay for anoughter taxi 40 euros on arriving at our hotel 1hour 20minutes after we were meant to be picked up we had a call to say our river was waiting !!!! I am still awaiting my refund I have emailed twice no response never again

DO NOT USE! Driver did not turn up for the return flight and company now ignoring all emails or offering assistance despite waiting the standard complaint time. Very stressful experience - WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Ho pre-pagato questo servizio per trasfer da Berlino Airport a Berlino centro e viceversa , nella tratta di andata diciamo che il servizio si è svolto in modo quasi corretto l'autista ha avuto 10 minuti di ritardo il quale è stato pre-annunciato. . Il ritorno è stato vergognoso . mi hanno lasciato 40 minuti ad attendere fuori dal hotel con 14 gradi . Ho cercato assistenza prima tramite chat e anche li ho atteso 30 minuti dopo di che ho chiuso la chat ed ho chiamato il servizio clienti il quale non parla Italiano ma solo inglese e spagnolo. il Quale non solo non si è fatto carico del mio disaggio ma mi ha detto che dovevo attendere altri 20 minuti prima che mi mandassero un altro trasfer. Il giorno dopo ho cercato di avere assistenza per reclamare , ma ho trovato un servizio clienti che non mi ha assolutamente assistito e mi ha bloccato la chat per non parlare con me.

Dont book a private car with them as you will be sent a bus and when you complain about being charged more for a car they dont care

I ordered a taxi with suntransfers for two clients of mine to be picked up at Faro airport at 12am, my clients phoned me at 12.30am to say no taxi was present, I contacted them via phone instantly and the lady on the other end told me to tell my clients to go to the vodaphone centre in the airport and it would be sorted out. My clients then contacted me unable to find this and everything was shut up and no people around. I then phoned them again now to be answered by a gent who then told me to tell my clients to go outside and to jump in a taxi and for me to get a receipt and send it to them to refund! Faro airport at night is like a ghost town and no taxi's are outside! This is now 1.30am So only for me calling them back again my clients would have been stranded. I told them forget it I will go and collect them myself. For me to get to the airport and back it was nearly a 2hr drive. I received an apology email telling me it will be looked into and they will be in touch within 20 days. It was to the dot 20 days I received an email to tell me they are refunding me 29.33euro's (which was on the 13th Oct, and I'm still waiting for it) and it took them 20 days to tell me this! This was only half the taxi fair to be refunded, when I said I'm totally disappointed with the response, what about my two phone calls it cost and all my fuel it cost me to go to the airport and back and the 3hr inconvenience! My response was that there commitment has gone above and beyond and not in a position to offer anything more! What do you think?! To think I was visiting the Algarve 3 times next year with 20 people each time I was going to use these! Clearly they don't need my custom so now booking with someone else!

Was I’ll and couldn’t fly. Informed Suntransfers the day before and was told as it was not within 48 hrs no refund or ability to amend date with them! Very poor as you don’t choose when your ill. Joke is I took the time to tell and the poor driver turned up anyway. Will not be using them again

Don’t use them! We booked a taxi with Suntransfers from Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens Airport for 1 September this year at 08.30. At their request, we upgraded to a mini-van as my wife uses a wheelchair. This appeared on the voucher. We disembarked from the cruise ship before 8.00 am and proceeded to wait in the area designated for passengers to meet taxis. At about 08.15, the port policeman asked if we needed help, seeing my wife in a wheelchair. I said that we did not as we were expecting a taxi. By 8.30 there was no sign of the taxi. The other taxis waiting for passengers displayed signs with names on them. At no time did anyone display our name. I checked constantly. In addition, my wife was the only wheelchair user in the area so it would have been very easy for the driver to have spotted us. At 8.30, the policeman was becoming concerned and asked what we wanted to do. At our request, he rang the Greek number written on the voucher twice. However, the reply went to an automated voice which said that in case of problems we should go on to the internet! This in the circumstances was impossible. In addition, no-one made an effort to ring us until much later. At about 8.45, I went back to the policeman and said that since no driver had arrived, we would like his help in organising a taxi to the airport, where we had a flight to the UK. We were concerned at missing the flight and by this time (08.45) there were only two taxis available with some 50 people waiting. The policeman very kindly asked one of the taxis to take us to the airport which he did. Some minutes after we had climbed into this taxi and started off, I received a phone call on my mobile to say that the Suntransfer taxi had arrived. I said that it was too late as we had just taken another taxi. We were upset. I complained on our return to the UK, but after several attempts, Suntransfers refused to return our money and did not explain why the taxi driver had not seen us or displayed our name. Very unsatisfactory. Will not use them again.

Terrible waited 40 minutes at airport, then with a flight time of 7.45am they wanted to pick me up at 0240!!!! If you have a flight before 11am I wouldn't use them , they only tell you pick up time 24 hours before ,that way you cant cancel and get refund as they state you have to give them 48 hours, pay a little more and get a better service

We recently arrived back from a holiday in Portugal the taxi was on time upon our arrival and early for collection however we had a very unpleasant driving experience, the taxi driver was driving very fast and extremely dangerously in fact on our way back to the airport we nearly went off the road as he was too occupied with his phone, there was absolutely no need for the speed and at one point he drove straight through a red light the journey was very nerve wrecking and we were relieved to get to the airport in one piece. Regardless of where you are in the world you expect to feel safe and it is far from safe that we felt, we will definitely not be recommending or using this service again.

Don't bother unless you want to be ripped off. I booked a transfer online to my hotel 'Rixos Bab Al Bahr - Ras Al Khaimah.' Paid and received the booking acknowledgement. Then shortly afterwards asked they me to pay an additional amount as the hotel was not actually in Res Al Khaimah. I spoke with customer services who said I had to pay extra as there was a difference of some 25KM on the journey. I explained that yes, I was aware of that and that the hotel was actually 25KM CLOSER than the centre of RAK. I.e the overall journey was 25KM LESS than I was paying for. I then got some scripted nonsense that they work closely with their local geography experts blah blah. Look at Google maps Suntransfers, you don't have to be a genius to see you are wrong.

Never use this company. I just finished up 9 days in Mexico and they failed to have my taxi prepared from or to the airport. I had to get a taxi myself both ways. They also failed to send the text message notifications I paid for.

2 hours later arriving at hotel thanshoudl have been on way out and didn't show up on way back- had to get a taxi to avoid missing our flight!!! Terrible!!

We arrived in Berlin after a very long day of traveling expecting a driver to be waiting at arrivals for us to help with luggage and deliver us to our hotel. No driver showed up (despite our having booked months beforehand). We waited an hour including spending 25 minutes on the phone with Customer Service to find our driver. We ended up having to take a taxi to our hotel which meant managing a lot of luggage and a handicapped person from the gate to the taxi stand. On our return trip to the airport, our driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up after being assured that the driver would be on time. Customer Service was dreadful when we asked for a refund until a supervisor got involved. We are world travelers and hire many different companies for tours and transfers and I can say we have never experienced such poor customer service. This experience of one driver not showing up and another driver arriving late is enough for me to not ever use Sun Transfers again.

The drivers were late to pick up at the airport and then could not find the property. They did not arrive at all firvthe departure pick up and it was impossible to communicate with the office. I emailed a complaint after the holiday and they did not respond. I would not recommend this company. There are other companies.

Driver arrived 50 mins late on arrival at Palma after us contacting company as he was not there as taken another booking. Missed evening meal H/B so had to pay extra to eat out. Then return trip turned up 20 mins late in dirty minivan not car. With no leg room on sweats directly behind drivers seat .After complaning No offer of compensation for extra expense of meal only 20% off next booking which is of no use as next holidays will be long haul. Definitely WOULD NIT RECOMMEND

No driver waiting at arrivals after phoning company waited 50 mins for driver who had taken another booking, resulted in missing H/B evening meal and having to pay extra to eat out in restaurant. Return journey 20 mins late being collected and turned up in dirty minivan that only had 34 single seats to one side and one set of twos seats together directly behind drives seat no leg room very uncomfortable journey form Port Andraxt. Complained to company who only offered 20% discount on next booking which is of no use as we do not expect to be holidaying in Majorca for some time as have been the last 3 years. No offer of compensation for the extra meal expense. I would definately NOT recommend using this company. Better off using one that is more service and customer focused

We arrived on an evening flight approx 20 min street late but 1 st through passport co troll and collect our luggage to find our driver not there waiting for us as decided to take another booking which resulted in us waiting 50 mins and missing our H/B evening meal and having to pay to eat out. Return journey 20 mins late collecting us and turned up in dirty minivan with only 3 single seats one side and 2 seats together directly behind drivers seat with no leg room the rest of the space was for luggage.very uncomfortable journey to airport form Port Andraxt. Complained to company but only offered 20% off next booking. WHich is not much use as we do not intend to revisit Majorca in the near future a source this was our 3 rd year running.would not recommend them tourists would be better off booking with a more customer focused and better service company

Had a pick up arranged in Malta through Suntransfers website. Driver was waiting for me in the car, sleeping with my name printed on a A4 page sticked to his car window. I had to check every car stationed. Very poor service........
