""I flew to Asturias (Oviedo) on 25th July 2017, having used Suntransfers.com the previous year I booked a pickup for this trip. My flight was early and I cleared arrivals on time; I have assisted travel. There wasn't any contact nor was anyone waiting. After half a hour I contacted the company and was assured a car would be at the airport within half an hour. After one hour thirty minutes I received a call from a driver asking where I was. I had in fact after one hour hired a taxi. It is now 6th September and I am still waiting for refund of my money. No apology was given, no contact was made and it was obvious my flight hadn't been tracked. I would not recommend this company on any level.

Do not use this company. Prepaid for a private transfer from Barcelona airport to the city centre with a meet and greet service. Was left waiting with my family for nearly an hour at the airport. Spoke to their customer service team four times, was told the driver was five minutes away or there is a queue to get into the airport... which was just lies. They were also 15 euros more expensive for a standard taxi which were the ready and waiting just outside.

Driver no show. Booked Suntransfers in Amsterdam for transport for four from the cruise ship terminal to the airport, sat at the designated "meetingplace" from 20 minutes prior until 30 minutes after our scheduled time, then had to pay a taxi. I attempted to call the numbers provided and was on hold for 20 minutes and then the call dropped. Driver claimed he was there and couldn't locate us. Don't bother with this service; taxi fare was only 8 Euro higher.

Driver was 20 minutes late, and sauntered towards us dressed in ripped jeans carrying a sign with my misspelled name. When we got to the vehicle, there was no car seat for our baby. We were urged to still travel, but after 50 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to sort a child seat out, we ended up getting the bus. Company has since refused to refund the booking. Unreliable and not to be trusted.

Booked and pre-paid with suntransfers.com in July 2017 for 3 persons transport from Cala Millor, Mallorca to Palma Airport. Given estimated travel time of 1 to 1.5hrs using fast shuttle service with minimum of 4 stops. Received email 24hrs before pick up confirming collection time. Problem was collection time would not have allowed us to make our flight, it was far to late. I immediately sent 2 emails to customer service , both unanswered. The following morning the day of pick up, I managed to use their chat service with Miguel. During our chat I was cut off. Again using their chat I was connected to another agent. After being held in a queue for some time the agent confirmed the pick up time allocated was not appropriate but could offer no alternative. I was offered a refund with no apology. I eventually hailed a local taxi to take me to the airport at a higher cost. Will never use this company again.

Quite simply, the driver never turned up. I stalked around the airport arrivals gate looking the guy for a good 15 minutes, but no, he wasn't there. In the end I would have been better off just jumping into any one of the multitude of taxis already there, which I did, and saved myself the time. Bottom line, don't ever use Suntransfers for Bali airport - not worth the trouble.

Terrible service never would use again. Took my money and then two day before flight said they had to cancel as no car to pick us up. Luckily i found another company who were 50 euros cheaper.

Suntransfers is a fine service if there are no delays with your flight. My final destination was Florence Italy connecting from Rome embarking from LA. Our plane from LA was significantly delayed and I called suntransfer indicating I may not make my connection in Rome, thus missing my plane to Florence. Was told by customer service they will keep the driver in Florence informed and to call as soon as I arrive in Rome, and let them know my status. Called when I arrived in Rome, to the tune of 20$ roaming fee, and was told by the suntransfer person, because I did not call within the hour wait time frame the driver left. So lost 50$ on them not following through with their service, then had to pay another taxi to get to Florence. I did everything I possibly could to inform them of my delay and through no fault of my own, I could not make the connection. I would recommend highly to never use this service if you have a connection. On the voucher they only will follow your final flight and in fact want no other flight info. I used city transfers for other shuttle service and my connecting flight was delayed well past the hour wait time limit and they waited. I contacted suntransfer customer service after my return, and not one person understood my plight. Further do not pay the extra for the gold service as it only covers canceled flights, not delayed. That was also a waste of my money. Suntransfers told me it was Alitalia's fault and complain to them. I did, and they deferred back to suntransfer. It was a horrible and frustrating experience that suntransfer felt was not their problem. Also it should be noted, that suntransfer indicates on their web page that will call the mobile number provided if you do not show. They never called my number. Again no culpability. Do not use this service, as there are others who appear to follow through with their service in a much more professional manner.

I booked a car which I was told would be suitable for 4 people and 4 suitcases of 15KG each. There was only 2 people and 1 baby and 2 suitcases which were 20KG each. The day before we were travelling I was called by Suntransfers to say that the car for 4 people and 4 suitcases would not be big enough for the 2 people and 2 suitcases and I had to pay an extra 28euro (each way) to upgrade to a mini van which holds 6 people and 6 suitcases!!!. After 30 mins of an argument I was told that I either paid the extra amount or they would cancel my booking. I had to accept this as I was travelling within 24 hours. I will NEVER travel with suntransfers again and will ensure I pass this message on both online and to my friends as it is disgraceful to say that 2 adults and 2 suitcases will not fit in a car that they advertise suitable for 4 adults and 4 suitcases. I still havent got over how poor our experience was...just shocking! MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT: If your cars that you advertise for 4 people and 4 suitcases cannot fit 2 people and 2 suitcases you need to change your advert or your cars ASAP!!

Some weeks ago suntransfers should take me to the airport on Malta. 20 minutes after agreed time still no taxi. Forced by getting my plane i took an expensive normal taxi Complaining at suntransfers did not give result. Shortly: to avoid stress and high cost, no suntransfers. They are cheap indeed but unreliable.

This was the 5th occasion in the last three years that we had used Suntransfers and the previous times had been excellent. This time though the service was awful. We arrived at Lanzarote airport at 8pm and moved quickly through to where the taxi drivers and package tour reps were holding up their boards, greeting their clients. There was no sign of our driver. We walked around the arrivals terminal and the taxi rank outside trying unsuccessfully to locate our driver. We tried ringing both of the Sun transfer help lines. The UK number rang once and then cut off on several attempts. The Spain telephone number gave us an automated answer system totally in Spanish. A taxi driver from a different company noticed that nobody was there to meet us and that we were becoming anxious. She kindly offered to help and explained that Suntransfers use three taxi companies in Lanzarote. She made some telephone calls and finally said someone called Carlos was on his way and should be with us in 10 minutes. Half an hour later our driver turned up. When asked where he had been he just curled his lip, shrugged his shoulders and said "Low flight". He offered no apology. Not another word was spoken until we were dropped off close to our destination. If it was not for the helpful lady taxi driver from another company we would have had to make our own way from the airport. We will not be using Suntransfers again

When we we to the airport we waited for the driver for almost an hour and when he finally arrived, we waited for another hour for the other family who booked the minibus to arrive. The driver told us that it doesn't matter how long we have to wait, we can't leave without them! This family never showed up and after more than an hour we became really upset so eventually we left without them. On our way back from the hotel to the airport they cancelled our shuttle 10 minutes after he already had to pick us up!!! This is after earlier that day they confirmed to us twice tha everything is fine!!! We almost missed our flight because it was in the middle of the night and it was really late already!!! Luckily the receptionist saved us by calling his friend to drive us to the airport but it cost us a lot of money... so this company should not exist!!!

The company have taken over £700 from my account unauthorised via their parent company wave travel who are based in Romania. I ordered a taxi online on 27th june for £50 for taxi from portimao to faro airport one way. All confirmed and no problems. Then on my return to the UK, I find two separate transactions from my account for a total of £745.81, which I never requested and were taken after I had left Portugal on the 3rd july. The bank informed me it's my fault as I gave them an authorisation code so I could book a taxi. This is a company that google have recommended on their search website. Do not use them. On top of all this the taxi was old, stinking and non-air conditioned and rattled to the point of falling apart.

We weren't picked up to be taken back to the airport after a week in Spain. We were lucky enough to flag down 2 taxis after realizing we were going to be very late getting to the airport We got to our gate with a few minutes to spare. We haven't been given our €60 back for the taxises as we didn't get a receipt but I'm sorry when you are running that late to get check in a receipt is the last thing you think of. We are beng given half of the transfer paid up front but I still think that isn't good enough as we are out of pocket and had more stress on a holiday than we've ever had.
