“We had a car booked from Barcelona airport to our hotel and back again, however, there was NO driver in the arrivals hall to greet us. We were a party of 4 adults and we searched the airport for over half an hour, it was a quite empty, and there was definitely no driver there to meet us! Suntransfers say the driver was in the arrivals hall for an hour, this is obviously not true. Eventually we had to get a local taxi to our hotel, leaving us out of pocket £40!”

“I booked Suntransfers through the EasyJet website and found the process easy (just have all your details at hand). Our flight had been delayed so I was worried that our driver wouldn't be at the airport but after a little searching he was there. I understood from other reviews that we might hvae been given a free trip but we weren't offered one which was disappointing. Both drivers were very polite. Would recommend the company and use them again.”

“Shit service paid for a car got a shitty van there excuse it's a Vito would advice not to book due to false advertisement would have been cheaper and more comfortable to get a taxi”

“Both the collection from Airport to Hotel and return were bang on time and drivers were courteous and well presented. The cars used to carry out transfers were excellent. I would have no hesitation in using your service again and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you”

“We had given incorrect arrival time at the airport in Tenerife Sud, however the driver was waiting for us even though there was a 4 hour difference. He obviously checked the details of our flight which I consider most efficient.”

“I have contracted Suntransfers to transport my 16 students from Barcelona airport to Banyuls sur mer, on 8th of April; paid the full cost (nearly £1000), a month in advance. On the day, the flight is almost 2 hours delayed, the company is made aware well before the landing and reassures me that all is well, they do monitor the flight arrivals. Then surprisingly, the bus driver decides the wait is too long, leaves the airport without the students!! The company's advice for 16 students stranded on a Saturday night in Barcelona airport? "Take a taxi and we will try to refund!" Absolutely appalling!!! This is the worst, careless, most unprofessional treatment I have ever received!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! And I will make sure I spread the word!”

“Once we found the driver (quite difficult in a busy arrivals area) he was very courteous and helpful and delivered us to our hotel quickly and efficiently. A different driver for the return pick up arrived bang on time and was equally as polite driving us back to the airport. First class service overall and would definitely use Suntransfers again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Drivers arrived early and were so helpful, polite and chatty. Our transfer on arrival was at night and difficult to find and our driver was fantastic in helping us locate our accommodation. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Been using for a few years now, always been on time, reasonably priced and drivers courteous and helpful. Used in Spain and Majorca many times and recently lanzarote, where they were exceptionally friendly and helpful.”
