“Excellent and reliable service. I have used the company in a number of UK and European destinations. Always on time, courteous and vehicles are clean and well presented. Booking is very easy and on the one occasion I have had to contact the help line for additional detail, the information was readily available.”

“My arrival journey was good although the instructions on where to meet the driver were incorrect but a phone call quickly had this sorted. However my return journey arrangements were very disappointing. I received an email 48 hours before, so too late for a refund, advising me I would be collected 4 hours before I needed to arrive at airport. I telephoned to ask for later pick up but they would not rearrange. Check return journey times before booking.”

“Vehicle at the airport when we arrived. New spacious comfortable people carrier for just the 2 of us - air con. Driver was smart, pleasant and helpful - couldn't have been better. Holiday off to a great start. Thank you - will definitely use Suntransfers for next holiday - as do my daughters !”

“First time travelling with Suntransfers. We travelled from Innsbruck Airport to Solden. Chose them instead of the company I have used previously as they were much cheaper but the service was every bit as good. The online booking was easy and I liked the fact that because the instructions I had given weren't clear enough the company contacted me to check exactly what I needed. I received a text the day before each transfer. The driver who picked us up at the airport was extremely helpful as we had some problems when we arrived in the resort as we had been given the wrong information about where to collect our key. He ended up taking us to two different places before dropping us to our accommodation and was very happy to help us sort this out. With Suntransfers you are given a 24 hour a day contact number in case of problems. You are also instructed that if your taxi is not there immediately at the pick up time to phone them. Our return taxi was not there on time so I phoned as instructed and my call was answered immediately. The taxi arrived as I was making the call. I will definitely use Suntransfers in future.”

“The online booking was easy, and the emailed documentation was prompt, comprehensive and include all the correct details. The price was competitive. The pick-ups were on-time (or early!) and happened exactly as expected. Both drivers were helpful with the luggage, and the driving was trouble free and safe. I will certainly use them Suntransfers again - they added to our good experience of the trip.”

“Excellent service, friendly staff. The only thing I did not have my email with me, to see the time of pick up from Playa del ingles to go back to the airport. I had to get the hotel to phone, to fined out the time.”
