Company failed to provide the premium service i paid for and fobbed me off with poor customer service. Hence i will not be using this company or recommending to anyone for Airport Transfer

The bus did not show up on the airport! We had to take taxi. Already waiting for my money back 849 euro from september 2016!! They say that they put it on my account but its not! Totally other account number! Not my account! They are not checking it wright! Still waiting for my money!

The Driver never arrived to pick us up, Called the Help Line only solution offered was for us to arrange two by taxis, (Booked Mini Van ). Logged a formal complaint on the 9th June 2017 Still waiting for any real response (Got an Auto Mail ) Not Good enough on two fronts (1) No Pick Up (Stranded in airport for 90 Mins (2) No Real Customer Service response

We ordered premium car upgrade for journey from faro airport to Tavera return, on arrival the car was a small ford 5 seater not seen on the website and the same coming back not very comfortable when you have three of the four of us at 6ft tall, also both taxis were 10 minutes late, not what we thought we had paid for .

My wife and I had rented an apartment in Paris for four nights in May. We live in the Bay Area of California and had a flight from DeGaulle with a departure time of 9:15 a.m. on a Wednesday. We had been in London for about 10 days prior to arriving in Paris and were carrying five large bags. I was worried about catching a Paris taxi for an early morning trip to DeGaulle which would be able to accommodate that amount of luggage. Therefore, on Monday evening, I did an internet search and located Suntransfers. I was impressed by their website. I therefore booked a large SUV type vehicle and put 6:15 into the pickup time. The website corrected me and indicated the minimum pickup time from our location to the airport required a pickup at 5:55 a.m. I happily booked the transportation and gave the company my Visa card for payment. I also paid a 1.75 Euro added charge to be contacted by text to my mobile phone in order to confirm the pickup. I received no followup confirmation, and that made me a bit nervous. Nonetheless, my wife and I were standing on the curbside on a large boulevard in Paris (the designated pickup) address at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday morning. 5:55 came and no Suntransfer vehicle. No vehicle at 6:00 a.m. Still no vehicle at 6:05 a.m. and no text. I began to panic. At that moment, a Paris SUV taxi driver drove by and suggested we ride with him. Hearing nothing from Suntransfers, I decided we had little choice but to get in that vehicle and pay the fare to the airport, slightly more than the Suntransfers rate. We did not leave the curbside until at least 6:10 or possibly 6:15 a.m. Still no Suntransfer vehicle and no text. If you can believe this, I was still charged for the unused trip to DeGaulle and try as I might with the company's alleged "customer service" desk, after repeating the above story, the charge was not removed from my credit card. I was told the driver could not find us when he arrived at our temporary residence. He could not have arrived until after we left, at least 20 minutes late. Normally, when we use commercial pickup services, the driver arrives on time or often earlier than the designated pickup time. I find this sort of business practice to be unethical and totally disappointing. I am in the service business and, if I do not do the requested service for my client or they are not satisfied, I do not charge them -- or at a minimum, make some accommodation. Not these folks.

Sun transfers did not arrive at the allocated time, after a few calls, still no driver, we waited over 30 min and had to make a decision to get a taxi as we would have missed our flight, after explaining all this to Suntransfers they will not credit our account, we will never use them again.

Catastrophic !! This company is absolutely not serious. Our taxi was 25min late (the advantage of a private company isn't to be on Time ?!) and finally never arribed on the good road. They are just an intermediary. Si you should contact directly a true taxi company

The facts are the following; I call your company and select an option provided by you which is a specific class of car and pay in advance. As I am looking out the window I see this piece of junk parked in front of the house and ask my wife to call to company to make sure I am getting the car I ordered. My wife calls your company and asks what type of car did you send us and she responded a Mercedes or an Audi? She than tells my wife to wait and comes back to the phone saying that no cars were available so we sent a PASSAT. We have attached pictures of the PASSAT missing a wheel. Regardless your company knew you were not providing the quality of car that we ordered and expected yet without calling us you send a car and attempt to force us to take it because you already have my money. This fraud is pathetic and clearly displays a lack of ethics Finally, the driver was smoking in the car. I had a plane to catch to California and this disrupted my early morning. The lack of concern for your customer is also pathetic.

I waited for the driver at the designated spot for my return trip to the airport. The driver did not show up and we were forced to find alternative travel. Numerous requests for a refund were ignored. They said they tried to contact me but my phone did not accept calls overseas.

We booked a transfer in Singapore with child seats for our two little kids. We were left stranded at the airport at 3am (the driver said the seats never existed to book). With more notice we could have organised something else. A month later, they've offered to refund the cost of the seats, but not the very expensive transfer.

We had a reservation for a transfer from the hotel in Nicosia (Cyprus) to Ercan Airport at 5:50 a.m, and they never came to pick us up. The worst thing was that nobody called us to inform that the service was cancelled or simply that they were not able to arrive at the specifed time. We almost lost our plane. This was a huge inconvenience. Besides, It has been impossible to have the issue solved because they never respond my emails or calls. Absolutelly not recommendable.

The guy showed up at 8:40AM to take us from our hotel in Barcelona to the airport. Our booking was clearly for 9;00AM. He was visibly upset with us for showing up at 9:00AM. He mumbled to himself while he threw our bags in the van. He the dropped us off at the opposite end of the airport to where Air Canada check-in is located. He knew that we were flying Air Canada but we feel he did this on purpose to punish us for making HIM wait!!! We had to drag our many pieces of luggage through the entire airport. PLUS he didn't even drop off with the other Taxis at the doors to the airport. We had to drag our luggage over several curbs to get to the airport doors. He was miserable and I will never use Sun Transfers again!!!!

Could not enter actual destination on website so entered nearest town. They then waited until 3 days before departure to add an extra 60 euro to our fare for a journey that is actually shorter than the one I was able to input on their website.

cancelled our return transfer scheduled for 4.45am in morning . we were informed 11pm night before had a nightmare getting taxi for 6 people on top of having no euros left to pay . stay clear

I am a frequent traveller to Malaga and booked and prepaid transfer to be picked up at Malaga airport. Taxi was not there, phoned company and told them this. Was told by operator that there had been a problem and I should email company which I did. Eventually got train and taxi to our hotel. After many emails, Suntransfers offered 20% of payment back to me, saying I was already at train station when I phoned them. Train station is situated within airport. What else could we have done late in the evening but make our own way to hotel. Really, really disappointed with result and I will NEVER use them again as they are not reliable.

Very poor quality service in Luxembourg. The driver did not arrive for an airport pickup. I had to call after the driver to enquire. There is no such thing as meet and greet. The service was not delivered to the expectations. I was lied to that the driver had a problem with a car but saw him and his car was just fine. I hate liars. If you don't want to do the transfer you could just say flat 'no', without the barrage of lies. I moved to use Blacklane and I happy with Blacklane.

We had a car booked from Barcelona airport to our hotel and back again, however, there was NO driver in the arrivals hall to greet us. We were a party of 4 adults and we searched the airport for over half an hour, it was a quite empty, and there was definitely no driver there to meet us! Suntransfers say the driver was in the arrivals hall for an hour, this is obviously not true. Eventually we had to get a local taxi to our hotel, leaving us out of pocket £40!
