“Our flight was 15 mins late, landing at midnight on a Friday night. Glad to say driver there with clear sign with name on. Would use again.”

“Quite simply, the driver never turned up. I stalked around the airport arrivals gate looking the guy for a good 15 minutes, but no, he wasn't there. In the end I would have been better off just jumping into any one of the multitude of taxis already there, which I did, and saved myself the time. Bottom line, don't ever use Suntransfers for Bali airport - not worth the trouble.”

“The transfer on the 26/7 was clearly booked from Heraklion airport for Villa Anna Old Hersonissos, yet the driver took us to Villa Anna apts in Stalis and tried to get us to terminate our journey”

“Used Suntransfers in June for private transfer in Majorca as well as in July for private minibus transfer in Fuertuventura. Both journeys were great...drivers professional and on time. Vehicles excellent. Very pleased with transfers”

“We decided to take a private taxi with sun transfers from Faro airport to olhos d Agua and back, easy to use, no hidden fees, drivers are friendly and helpful, the only issue we had was that the address for my accommodation provided by my travel agent was incorrect, we ended up giving the driver instructions on how to get there once we got closer, luckily we'd stayed in the area before, when we contacted customer service to express our concerns about our return transfer, which was to be very early in the morning so we were concerned about the driver knowing where to go and arriving on time to ensure we didn't miss our flight, I needn't have worried, sun transfers were so helpful in clearing up the issue, finding the correct address and even providing myself and the driver with GPS coordinates and all at no extra cost, the driver actually turned up 5 minutes early and despite how early in the morning it was he was cheerful and courteous, helping us with our baggage, ensuring we were comfortable during our journey and even asking if we needed to stop at a petrol station for drinks etc. All in all our experience with sun transfers was excellent and I will definitely be using them again in the future. 5* service”

“I used Suntransfers.com when I went to Dubai July 2017 and on arrival at Dubai airport they were waiting with a sign with my name and then the driver helped with our luggage and also had water available for us if we wanted it, which was very thoughtful as it was still hot at 9am when we arrived (4 people). On departure they arrived at the hotel on time and the driver again helpful. I would definitely use them again.”
