“Easy to book on line with email confirmation straight away. Changed pick up location for return journey and this was done very easily through live chat on the website. Would definitely recommend.”

“Good, reliable service - as you would hope and expect. However, what was really pleasing was the service once we discovered that my 9 year old son left a small bag in the taxi in all the excitement to get into the hotel. We phoned up, not expecting to get much joy, but they found it and went out of their way to return the bag to the hotel within a few hours of phoning. Superb, and thank you very much - it saved me a small fortune replacing all the Nintendo DS games that were inside!”

“This is the second time I've used sun transfers and I've been more than happy with the service. The booking system is easy, the text 24 hours before your transfer is reassuring. The drivers have always been on time and have always had a very clean and comfortable vehicle. I would definite use them again without hesitation.”

“Driver was 20 minutes late, and sauntered towards us dressed in ripped jeans carrying a sign with my misspelled name. When we got to the vehicle, there was no car seat for our baby. We were urged to still travel, but after 50 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to sort a child seat out, we ended up getting the bus. Company has since refused to refund the booking. Unreliable and not to be trusted.”

“Booked and pre-paid with suntransfers.com in July 2017 for 3 persons transport from Cala Millor, Mallorca to Palma Airport. Given estimated travel time of 1 to 1.5hrs using fast shuttle service with minimum of 4 stops. Received email 24hrs before pick up confirming collection time. Problem was collection time would not have allowed us to make our flight, it was far to late. I immediately sent 2 emails to customer service , both unanswered. The following morning the day of pick up, I managed to use their chat service with Miguel. During our chat I was cut off. Again using their chat I was connected to another agent. After being held in a queue for some time the agent confirmed the pick up time allocated was not appropriate but could offer no alternative. I was offered a refund with no apology. I eventually hailed a local taxi to take me to the airport at a higher cost. Will never use this company again.”
