We booked a transfer from Malta Airport including two car seat. Upon arrival, no one was there. We contacted the company and found out that they had not made any arrangements at all, they had simply ignored our booking. They arranged another car which took another 15 minutes and had no car seats. Initially only the cost of the car seats was refunded, after complaining another 30% discount was offered. This was still more expensive and slower than it would have been to flag a taxi at the airport ourselves. Never again

We booked Suntransfers for our arrival and departure in Tenerife. There was no car available on arrival, we were told to wait 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to call the helpline to ask for assistance, they contacted the desk for us to stand in a taxi queue where they tried to flag a taxi for us. Our return journey was non existent due to the roads being closed to our hotel which we had to inform suntransfer of due to a yearly race , surely the company should be aware of this? I have contacted suntransfers regarding my issues and they have no responded

DO NOT USE in Tenerife anyway! We booked a private car transfer to the 5 Star Hard Rock Hotel for our 25 wedding anniversary celebrations. The driver was on time and was very courteous however led us to an old and rusty 16 seater minibus. The seats were ripped and mismatched in colour and fabric. Within the first five minutes of our 30 minute journey we could smell diesel fumes in the cabin. The driver had the windows open but the fumes were so bad we felt nauseous and had headaches by the time we arrived at our hotel. It took a few hours to feel better again. We immediately reported this and were told we would receive a response once the matter was investigated. We hoped for our return journey Suntransfers would make the effort to at least send a car this time but, no, a different old and rusty mini-bus appeared at the entrance of the 5 star hotel. No fumes this time (thank goodness) but the condition of the mini-bus was worst than the first! Apparently a 20 euro refund was sufficient compensation for us effectively being poisoned by diesel fumes and the incorrect vehicle being provided.

Stay away. They opened the bus and hit my grandsons head but never even apologised. No information given about the delay, just standing at the side of the bus smoking and only for someone got off to ask, we would have had to wait up to 2 hours on the bus to even take off. 16 passengers, including us, walked off the bus.

Nooit meer Suntransfers Op 20 november taxi geregeld op Tenerife Sud richting playa las americas. Wij hebben zeker 45 minuten gewacht op de taxi. Op 18 december zouden wij om 14.30 opgehaald worden bij ons appartement . Wij hebben staan te wachten tussen 14.15 en 15.00 uur maar geen taxi. In die tussentijd zelf heen en weer gelopen maar geen taxi. Om 14.45 gebeld maar kreeg niemand aan de lijn. Dus om 15.00 uur maar een normale taxi genomen. Toen wij in de taxi zaten werden wij gebeld om 15.15 waar wij waren beetje laat toch? Na een mailwisseling verdraait Suntransfers onze woorden dat de chauffeur er al was om 14.35 dus waarom heeft hij toen niet gebeld. Dus mensen boek geen Suntransfers want je bent je geld kwijt. Trouwens de normale taxi's volop en nog voordeliger ook. Datum van ervaring: 18 december 2024

Contrate un taxi acuático para ir a Venecia de noche. Cuando llegamos nos metieron en una VAN y nos llevaron a coger un taxi acuático pero ya en Venecia. El conductor me dijo que de noche no hay servicio de Taxi acuático. En la web de SUNTRANSFERS te permite contratar taxi acuático sin límite horario y cuando recibes la reserva solo dice que se puede suspender el servicio por causa mayor. Me he sentido engañado.

Not sure I want to give them a one star TBH. Dreadful service on both times used, once in Portugal (September) and now in Spain (November/December) Firstly, 40 mins late on collection then a range of excuses once back as to why. Their website quotes: "Meet & greet - Your driver will be waiting to meet you no matter what happens" Not the case. 40 minutes is the acceptable window of lateness! Value "Enjoy a high-quality transfer experience at surprisingly low prices" Not true, UBER are more effecient, better quality and nearly half the price. As for communication? poor and the follow up customer service responses quite a shock. Will never use again, nor would I recommend. In fact, think twice, think UBER

Disgraceful service. Paid £54 and got nothing from this company. The driver called me 4 times to mine the time of my collection but couldn’t guarantee he would even be there so I had to book a taxi or I would have missed my flight. I lodged a complaint and the haven’t had the decency to reply.

I’ve used Sun transfer for years, they have always been great, until a recent trip to Marrakesh. Our flight time was rearranged and I let them know. We were warned it would take about 2 hours to get through passport, so I kept them informed of our progress. When we got through and went to the designated pick up a group of men were messing about while customers waited. When they finally got to us they said we were late, the driver had left, we needed to pay again for 2 cabs. Nothing more than a scam. We had to end up paying the official taxi company as I wasn’t paying them again. They refused to compensate, blaming the airline and us. Such a shame, they have always been my go to across the world but no more.

NO CONTRATAR! Los elegí en Madrid para el doble traslado Aeropuerto/hotel/aeropuerto. Me dejaron varada en Barajas no salía con mí equipaje. Sale más caro que un taxi o un Cabify y no responden

Arrived in Tenerife at 01.30 to find that no vehicle was there to transport our party of nine which consisted of 2 Disabled, 2 young children and 5 adults! Phoned the help number given who did not have a clue what to do. After more than hour one of the Disabled Assistance took pity on us and spoke to the Taxi Controller and arranged 2 cars for us. We of course had to pay for these ourselves and claimed it back - with receipts. No explanation given as to what happened. Sun Transfers have totally ignored my request for compensation for this totally disgraceful service. I’m in Tenerife twice a year and now I wouldn’t touch this Company with a barge pole!

Very bad experience! I paid in advance as was required. My flight to Budapest on 11/11/24 was delayed by 30 min & the driver cancelled my booking with Suntrust because they determined that I was a no show. My voucher that I printed after paying for the booking back in June, stated that the driver will check with the airlines for when my flight was due in & would accomodate if the flight was delayed. They did not!! I was not able to get a refund as they kept insisting that this was my fault for not arriving on time. I was transferred many times to get to the correct department with no luck. I left a message with customer service & am still waiting for a call back for a refund of the $41.86 Euros I paid on June 24, 2024.

Never again! Several times the driver has not arrived at the agreed place. It is dangerous to drive to the airport. Problems with refund.

Wij hadden voor onze trip in september de taxi geregeld. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld was er geen taxi te bekennen. Toen contact gaan zoeken via whatsapp en telefonisch waar wij uiteindelijk te horen kregen dat de chauffeur er niet was en ook niet meer ging komen en wij maar een taxi moesten nemen die bij de airport staan om bij ons hotel te komen. Dus wij hadden hun taxi al betaald en moesten nu nog extra taxi's gaan betalen om bij het hotel te komen. Er werd gezegd aan de telefoon en app dat alles terug betaald zou worden hoe duur ook. Dus hun taxi en de 2 Taxi's die we moesten nemen want wij waren met 8 personen. En tot op heden hebben ze zich niet aan hun afspraak gehouden en moeten wij nog steeds een deel van het geld terug ontvangen maar ze willen gewoon niet betalen omdat ze vinden dat ze genoeg betaald hebben aan ons terwijl dit niet tegen ons gezegd is. Dus pas op als je zonder hun taxi komt te zitten komen er veel extra kosten bij aangezien de afspraak niet word nagekomen om alles terug te betalen. Zou ze bijna onder oplichting willen weg schrijven.

They cancel our transfer for the airport 2 days before departure,without any explenation. Hope they give it back us our money. Not recommend.

De taxi heeft ons ruim 50 minuten laten wachten voor ons hotel en toen waren we te laat op het vliegveld om met ons gezin 11 p in te checken en als compensatie krijgen we van jullie 19 euro voor alle stres en huilende kinderen hebben gehad een lachertje

Missed transfer due to taking a while to get off flight then I accidentally put 6pm return flight instead of 10pm flight so the return transfer was at 215pm and then told they were unable to change pick up time. Easier to get the bus and is more direct.

Today we had a very bad experience with your company we booked an transfer that is (SUNTR_QP9756) we where supposed to meet him outside the airport at 14:00 and we waited an hour but he didn't come, and we already payed for the transfer, this is a very bad custom service and I want my money back because I don't appreciate.
