We had a transfer for the day of the date. At the last minute they tell us that the vehicle that we had to pay for a taxi was not available, but they did not refund what we had already paid for. They made us wait about 2 hours and they didn't come looking for us, we had to go by taxi, the people who worked there laughed in our faces and made fun of us because we were from another country. In addition to scammers they are racist.

I got transfer Antalya to Alanya there and back. The way there was terrible since they made us wait 20 min and then another 20 and another and we waited for 2 hours to get our shuttle. The Back way was even worth. I had no information about the time I’ll be collected from the hotel. I claimed it the day before and after chasing I got a message that at 15pm i will be picked up. The day of departure I got a call from the reception at 13:40 asking to go down for my shuttle. What? It was supposed to arrive at 15 not 13:40. The driver refused to wait and I had to be ready in 10 min. Terrible timing. Won’t suggest to anyone of you don’t wanna ruin your vacation!!!!!

Fiz uma viajem A Malta com a minha filha, quando no dia de vir embora, estava como habitualmente a porta do Hotel à hora marcada, para ir para aeroporto de volta para casa. Quando recebo uma mensagem e vários telefonemas, em que a Suntransfers e o seu motorista não ia buscar ao Hotel. Estava numa rua paralela ao meu Hotel em que as separava era um lanco de escadas para subir com cerca de 20 ou mais degraus. Minha filha que é menor danificou a sua mala, partiu uma roda. Fiz a devida reclamacão a Suntransfers que se prontificou a resolver a situacao. A resolucão vou da primeira vez fazer um credito de 8 euros, e da segunda vez fazer um credito no valor de 26,34 Euros. Gostaria de saber aonde adquiro uma mala com esse valor, pois nada teria acontecido se o motorista fosse conforme eu paguei ir buscar a porta do Hotel. Isto e uma falta de etica , para não falar na falta de educação do motorista, causando danos morais e materiais. Deixo aqui o meu comentario para que maes que viajem sozinhas com filhos menores terem a dignidade de optar por outra empresa. Não se responsabilizam por nada, quando algo corre mal. Muita publicidade, avaliacoes mas na hora de prestar um bom serviço ao cliente e mantar a fidelização do mesmo para futuras viagens não se responsabilzam por nada.

We have booked with you a second time this holiday as we were impressed with the first time with you. This time around was a complete opposite experience. From the minute we step foot off the plane it was horrible. Not only did we have to wait almost an hour for the driver, I had to run around trying to get contact with someone to help. Once I found the girls in the kiosk office they told me he should be with us within 6 minutes. He was not. I then had to query again. Finally in comes our driver…. Trudges us through the back end of the airport behind the building and behind all the buses. What a gruff man he was. The personality of a rock. I asked if I could have a sip of my water after reading the no drinking or eating sign in his car. I figured water would be ok. Well it was not. He rudely told me to wait 25 minutes till I got to the resort. I was absolutely parched after a long flight and wait for him. Horrible experience. We sat so uncomfortable in the car I could have cried. Once I reached the hotel, I immediately cancelled our car back to the airport for fear it would be another bad experience. Not to mention the car was a less classy than what we had been expecting from photos. Dirty and smelly. Shameful.

I travelled from Canada to barcelona and was left waiting no one called me and then I got an email saying saying driver left , now they are telling me I have to wait 30 days for a response

Booked shuttle transport for 6 September from Faro to Albefaro booked return trip for 20 th September paid 40euro they did not turn up Terravision they are agents for service here they did not receive any transfer for us we e mailed them 2 no response I have lost my 40 euro so I am just letting you all now we had to get Taxi from Airport that was 65euro so be warned0⁰

Booked return taxi online from faro airport to Albufeira, collection was ok despite driver being 10-15 mins late. On return trip- the driver landed at hotel the morning before we were to leave, rang me at 5:30 am to wondering where I was and I informed him he had incorrect date. He said ok and left. I then received a text saying they would collect at 5:30 the following morning as agreed. The following morning no taxi showed and when I contacted them they told me they had no vehicle available. I then had to get another taxi company to collect me, nearly missed flight and this taxi charged €63 for the journey. When I contacted suntransfers later that day I was told that they would not refund me the money and the case is closed. USE ANOTHER TAXI COMPANY- THIS CROWD ARE A JOKE! there are plenty more companies so use one of them would be my advice

I have canceled my transfer on July 26, 2.5 weeks in advance before the planned transfer date and still haven’t gotten a refund for it. Sent 10 emails, spent time on the Whatsup chat, called with 0 result. To my question to provide a bank statement a months ago - only promises to do it asap with no actions. Absolute scam

There was nobody at the airport to collect us when we arrived. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes for our driver. While taxis were pulling away every 5 minutes. We flew into Alicante also the desk where we finally found was very badly marked.

1 hour waiting for the car ( with just the representative), terrible experience. I will never book this again. I'd better get a cab.

Programamos una hora de salida, y nos la modificaron, por más que solicitamos y llamamos no nos la modificaron, nos tuvieron esperando en el aeropuerto 8 horas con una persona con PMR. Es una pena que no puedan ayudarnos

Avevo il volo da Rodi (Grecia) alle 17 e ho prenotato la corsa del bus alle ore 12 (con largo anticipo, da Haraki . Mi arriva la conferma che il bus passava alle 9 del mattino, di conseguenza ho chiesto gentilmente se potevano posticipare l'arrivo del bus alle 12, se no avrei annullato la corsa/prenotazione. Niente da fare perchè mancavano 24 h dall'arrivo del bus, quindi non ho avuto neanche il rimborso .... mai più!

Amirreza Amirreza Mai più Ho prenotato tramite sito per 24/08 aeroporto Dalaman in bodrum per trasferimento a hotel aqua in Marmaris, arrivo aereo era alle 3:00, dopo l'arrivo non c'era nemmeno ombra di driver, tutti passeggeri hanno trovato loro driver e sono andati, in aereporto siamo rimasti io e mia moglie, come si sa non ci sono numeri da contattare l'unico modo mandare messaggi tramite whatsapp, dopo mezz'ora di chat infine operatore mi avvisa che gestore locale non ha trovato nome e numero del volo, invece io avevo inviato tutto correttamente, infine mi chiede di prendere taxi! Un tragitto che doveva costare 45$ tramite loro mi é costato 100$, che dire qualsiasi servizio che costa poco c'è motivo, secondo me se non volete rovinare vostra vacanza evitate Suntransfers per spostamento! We arrived at Haneda airport expecting to see a driver holding a card with our name on it. No card no driver. We eventually found the driver by accident. Still no card. Even though we told the driver the name of the hotel on three occasion, the same as on our paperwork he took us to the wrong hotel. I told him this is not our hotel and he insisted it was. Wrong. He unloaded our bags and drove away. It cost 3700 yen (about $35) for a taxi to take us to our hotel. I will be happy to receive a refund of the taxi fare, I have a receipt. Not a good start to a holiday.

After a No Show. I decided to the company a second chance! The pick up and transfer was good. However, return pick up was unacceptable. We had a premium minibus booked and we had a standard, dirty van. The driver brought his son with him who sat in the front seat with no seat belt on. The driver drove to the airport on his mobile phone for at least 75% of the journey. I felt the safety of my family was gravely as risk. He expected a tip but all I could give was a recommendation to drive without his phone!! Extremely disappointed and will never use the company again

Had a taxi booked for 07.45 this morning didn’t turn up so sent a message asking where it was .Told me it would be 10 minutes waited for 20 minutes then tried calling and texting no reply. Had to book a last minute taxi for double the price and only just made our flight.So I would never use this company ever again.

I organised and paid for airport transfers for my son when he travelled from Malaga airport to the villa he was staying at. The journey to the villa was absolutely fine - no issues and the booking process was equally very good. However the driver on the return was truly awful. The pick up was 4am for an early morning flight. The driver and van turned up on time but the van stank heavily of weed and the driver was out of control on the motorway. Not seeing a car in the middle lane and having to swerve to avoid crashing. I complained to the company about how scared my son was and was offered 10% off a future trip. When I said this didn’t seem appropriate given the circumstances they wrote back and said they were not willing to do anything else. I won’t be using them again so proceed with caution.

We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for transfer services in Rhodes. Here’s more about our experience: We booked the shuttle from Rhodes Airport to Faliraki. We arrived in Rhodes, went straight to the TNT counter and were told that a van would arrive in 20-25 minutes. We were told to wait outside the airport in 35C heat with a 4-month baby and a two-year-old toddler. When 30 minutes went by and no one had communicated anything to us, we asked when the shuttle would be coming, we were told 5 minutes. It came after another 15, and one of the tyres was popped. We were then waiting for a replacement van for another 10 minutes. We booked the carpooling option that allowed a departure at most 1 hour after landing (or approaching the counter; this remains unclear to us), so perhaps the service provided didn’t go outside the contractual obligations, but it was beyond poor in terms of communication, human contact, and basic decency. On the way back, the shuttle was half an hour late (!!), and we received no information about it until we called the emergency line. Again, communication was atrocious, and we never received an acknowledgment of the delay or an apology. From this experience, which repeated itself on both legs of the journey, I’d strongly suggest that anyone avoid this company at all costs.

RUBBISH company with ridiculous automated systems. RUBBISH non-existent customer services. Booked a transfer in Portugal, they auto-emailed me to add gps. Added GPS and they sent me a voucher. THEN auto-emailed (or not, who knows) me again after a few hours saying add GPS AGAIN. I cancelled and explained to them that I cannot rely on them like this and certainly am not going to keep adding GPS coordinates every few hours when they have already issues me with the Voucher. They sent the normal cancel within 48 hours, even though I booked within 48 hours and cancelled a few hours later when they messed me around. Their rep refused to fix this and refund me. Sort your systems out and be nicer to customers who genuinely wanted to use you and keep using you. I will NEVER use you again because I don't trust your systems or customer services.

Paid for a return transfer, waited 1 hour for driver and no show. Contacted via WhatsApp and was told to make my own way. What a sham, bunch of thieves, would not recommend and would never use again. How companies get away with this is beyond me. Zero integrity.
