“My flight was 15 minutes late in landing and then there was a queue for passport control which held us up for another 15 minutes, as soon as I could I went looking for the driver in order to let him know we had arrived, unfortunately I couldn't find him so I rang the contact number, they then rang me back and told me were to meet him, when I eventually did find him he aggressively told me he had been waiting 2 hours for us as if it was our fault, I don't know if that was true or not but as we were only half an hour late if he had been there that amount of time it was down to his planner, the manner in which he made this statement set us off on the wrong foot. There were six of us and a baby in the vehicle, the air con was on but the rear of the vehicle was very hot, don't know if it wasn't working in the back or not but wasn't a pleasant journey in the rear. When we got to the hotel the driver did go out of his way to help us with our luggage. The return journey was totally different, the driver was very courteous and helpful, the mini bus was in a lot better condition and air con was very efficient through out the vehicle. All in all I would recommend this company as the pros outweighed the cons.”

“The service was very good., however two of us were collected both ways in a minibus which was ok but a bit uncomfortable. We were expecting a car.”

“I booked on-line for a transfer from the Barcelona airport to the city to our apartment. Our driver was waiting in the Arrivals section of the airport with my name on his I-pad (as a sign). Very easy to spot. He was nice and helpful, didn't speak much English but ok. Got us to our apartment quickly. The return driver was also on-time and got us there quickly. The cost for the return trip was 110 euros for 6 people. This was a great deal for great and reliable service.”

“we had issues finding a company to travel with as I have a wheelchair. it was booked and then they changed the vehicle to a larger one and sent us a further charge notification. however, the taxi / mini bus was waiting for us on arrival and also on leaving.”

“Very pleased with the transfer, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, with a clear sign with our name on. For the return to the airport, the driver turned up 10 mins early, and took our bags to the vehicle. his English was as good as my Italian, but we communicated well enough.”

“Overall a very good service. Driver spoke zero English but it was us in the foreign country so that was more than acceptable. Driver had some nice little touches in the car, bag of sweets, bottles of water that he handed out. Whilst it was not a concern to us the driver was perhaps a little ' dominant ' with his driving style. The agent who met us in the arrivals hall was excellent. Would certainly recommend and use again.”

“Low cost, reliable and courteous drivers. Good clean vehicles. The only negative was the driver from the airport spent too much time, whilst driving, fiddling with his tablet on his lap (used for sat-nav) and with his mobile phone.”

“My only concern was about the return transfer from hotel to airport. I had to ask the reception at the hotel to phone you to find out at what time we would be picked up. May I suggest that at time of booking, the customer is informed of that time. Thank you”

“The only criticism I have is that I booked a mini bus because there were 4 adults with suitcases and hand luggage and your web site said to go bigger if in doubt. A taxi was sent but fortunately we were able to get in. So I will book a taxi in future.”

“Taxi was a few minutes late picking us up for the return journey but the private villa we stayed at was not the easiest place to find. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check-in. Overall the service provided was good”

“Excellent value for money but a few gripes you may want to consider Arrived at Dalaman airport but couldn't see our name.... this was because the guy was holding about 6 signs and only displaying one at a time and wasn't the driver but directed us towards a driver Driver wasn't at the airport so waited some time for him to arrive.... he stopped on the feeder road not in the car park... was he avoiding airport fees which was why he wasn't there waiting I wonder! Car was supposed to be big enough for 2 suitcases and 2 handcases... it wasn;'t... it was a VW Passat and there was no space for a second suitcase in the boot... luckily we only had the one. Return trip was very punctual at pick up time we chose (a big plus) but it was a big Veto type van, luxurious with leather and roomy for the two of us but very hard over the bumpy surface (and they don't drive slowly!) so started to feel car sick”

“This company offers good value for money and generally the taxis used are the same as those you pick up directly at the airport. Many of the cars are in fact ones waiting in the airport taxi rank. I have used this company many times for going to Cyprus and will continue to do so however, the one thing that worries me is the way that the drivers have a complete disregard for their passengers' lives. On our recent return to Paphos airport I had to tell the driver to slow down as he was doing almost 80mph in a 40 limit to begin with and then in a 50 limit. The road was not free of other vehicles so it was most definitely reckless driving. He did slow down after I spoke to him but I should not have had to do this. I have travelled in many taxis around the world and I realise that this is not all that uncommon but it doesn't make it right!!!”
