“Low cost, reliable and courteous drivers. Good clean vehicles. The only negative was the driver from the airport spent too much time, whilst driving, fiddling with his tablet on his lap (used for sat-nav) and with his mobile phone.”

“My only concern was about the return transfer from hotel to airport. I had to ask the reception at the hotel to phone you to find out at what time we would be picked up. May I suggest that at time of booking, the customer is informed of that time. Thank you”

“The only criticism I have is that I booked a mini bus because there were 4 adults with suitcases and hand luggage and your web site said to go bigger if in doubt. A taxi was sent but fortunately we were able to get in. So I will book a taxi in future.”

“Taxi was a few minutes late picking us up for the return journey but the private villa we stayed at was not the easiest place to find. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check-in. Overall the service provided was good”

“Excellent value for money but a few gripes you may want to consider Arrived at Dalaman airport but couldn't see our name.... this was because the guy was holding about 6 signs and only displaying one at a time and wasn't the driver but directed us towards a driver Driver wasn't at the airport so waited some time for him to arrive.... he stopped on the feeder road not in the car park... was he avoiding airport fees which was why he wasn't there waiting I wonder! Car was supposed to be big enough for 2 suitcases and 2 handcases... it wasn;'t... it was a VW Passat and there was no space for a second suitcase in the boot... luckily we only had the one. Return trip was very punctual at pick up time we chose (a big plus) but it was a big Veto type van, luxurious with leather and roomy for the two of us but very hard over the bumpy surface (and they don't drive slowly!) so started to feel car sick”

“This company offers good value for money and generally the taxis used are the same as those you pick up directly at the airport. Many of the cars are in fact ones waiting in the airport taxi rank. I have used this company many times for going to Cyprus and will continue to do so however, the one thing that worries me is the way that the drivers have a complete disregard for their passengers' lives. On our recent return to Paphos airport I had to tell the driver to slow down as he was doing almost 80mph in a 40 limit to begin with and then in a 50 limit. The road was not free of other vehicles so it was most definitely reckless driving. He did slow down after I spoke to him but I should not have had to do this. I have travelled in many taxis around the world and I realise that this is not all that uncommon but it doesn't make it right!!!”

“We found sun transfers via Google and were very pleased with the service. The driver was prompt, spoke good English, as our Spanish is limited and was very helpful with our luggage and wheelchair. However, when we arrived dockside, we were told we could not embark as we had to wait for the Police!! Our driver was taken to one side, our papers were photographed by a police man and the lady driver looked to be embarrassed and annoyed. It might have been a parking fine or traffic violation, we did not ever find out, but it was a little alarming. Eventually, our party was allowed to join the embarkation queue but it was a little worrying at the time. Would I use sun transfers again, yes, the service was excellent, the price was good, but the police intervention was a step too far!!!”

“suntransfer are reliable and very reasonable with their prices. The driver was happy and jolly and advised us on where to visit when we arrived in rottterdam. The only fault i would say is that there was no one to greet us upon our arrival at airport which meant we were looking and ringing to find where they were waiting. They were there on time but we were not aware of them being there which wasted alittle time.”

“I have used Suntransfers for several years and find the service very easy to use. The only negative point being that when booking for a Premium vehicle you are not guaranteed to get one.”

“Without any problem. The driver waiting at airport with a sign as promized (the sign could have been bigger, hard to find among all the others, there vere a few). He was there waiting for us. Back to airport on time. Less expensive than a normal taxi and safer. I can recommend this service”

So far our experiences have been very good and we have found them reliable. The only exception to the rule was unfortunately in Dublin where we had lengthy waiting periods on several occasions for the driver to show up. Also in Dublin we were given a grubby taxi or cheap alternative instead of the booked/paid for luxury van a couple of times which was annoying. All over Europe apart from Dublin we wouldn't hesitate to use Sun Transfers.”
