“Poor communication. I believed that I had updated my destination and had it all in print, Sun Tranfers within 48 hours of transfer ,paid the difference yet amendment did not reach local driver.My family including children were in danger of being dropped 9km away very late at night but for the good will of the driver . paid him extra for hiskindness.”

“Good service, easy to use and met at the airport. A bit of confusion at the airport but quickly resolved. Return back to airport was perfect. Would recommend this service rather than pay holiday companies for the transfer as holiday companies charge a lot more!”

“We booked a transfer from Copenhagen airport to the Cruise Terminal in Copenhagen. The driver was on time and she helped with the luggage. We had a large bus for our party of 12 people. All went smoothly and the driver also checked whether we had not forgotten anything when we left the bus. I would recommend Suntransfers to my friends and family.”

“Over all very good service. We had a little confusion over where the driver was meeting us on arrival in Mallorca, couldn't find him so had to make a phone call and then he came to find us, he was waiting somewhere different to what we were told, but everything else with the transfer and pick up were good.”

“From past experiences with Sunttransfers i would have given a 'very good' rating but our recent experience changed my mind .... We were picked up from Corfu airport for a 15km trip to glyfada . It cost around 50 euros . Our friends took a local taxi for 33 euros .. It was 36dgs c when we arrived from the uk and our suntransfer "taxi" had no air con ... The driver was in a hurry and at times drove a bit carelessly considering its a public service..He then dumped us and our luggage at the main gates of the apartment complex . At that point i had given him a 5 euro tip . The apartment representative then told him to reload our baggage as our apartment was further up a hill . He became very agitated and exchanged words with the rep.. I cant understand a word of greek but we could tell he was not happy and made no attempt to hide it we felt awkward getting back in his car .. I have used Sunttransfers in portugal for a journey 4x the distance and it was faultless , and the same price !!”

“On time, reliable and service friendly. The only thing the drivers should be more aware of, is that some of us aren't used to drive as crazy as they do in some countries, and when told so they should adjust their speed. Greek drivers usually don't!”

“Driver picked up on time and was very courteous. The vehicle was a 21 seater coach for 2 people which seemed a bit of a waste but we got to the destination in plenty of time.”

“Whilst the service provided was excellent, our airport was changed to a closer airport in Rome. The company had to check if there was any extra charge, but they didn't ever consider a refund??”

“My flight was 15 minutes late in landing and then there was a queue for passport control which held us up for another 15 minutes, as soon as I could I went looking for the driver in order to let him know we had arrived, unfortunately I couldn't find him so I rang the contact number, they then rang me back and told me were to meet him, when I eventually did find him he aggressively told me he had been waiting 2 hours for us as if it was our fault, I don't know if that was true or not but as we were only half an hour late if he had been there that amount of time it was down to his planner, the manner in which he made this statement set us off on the wrong foot. There were six of us and a baby in the vehicle, the air con was on but the rear of the vehicle was very hot, don't know if it wasn't working in the back or not but wasn't a pleasant journey in the rear. When we got to the hotel the driver did go out of his way to help us with our luggage. The return journey was totally different, the driver was very courteous and helpful, the mini bus was in a lot better condition and air con was very efficient through out the vehicle. All in all I would recommend this company as the pros outweighed the cons.”
