“We have used sun transfers for a few years now. The main reason we use them is that they refunded our prepaid taxi transfer one year when we had to cancel our holiday without any problem or indeed, without any written confirmation from our doctor etc. The refund was back in our bank account the day after the request. We have used them ever since and have always found them reliable & prompt. Their website is clear & easy to use & the cost is also clear and competitive.”

“No problems and good value. Only thing I would say is when arriving at the Airport the driver did not have our name displayed as promised. I had to ask and show our paperwork. Quickly sorted so no real issue but all there was was a SunTransfer sign which was blank. Pick up was very efficient. Bang on time.”

“They were very helful over the phone, when i rang to confirm prior to pick up. Friendly and willing to help in any way and the drivers on both occassions were polite and very friendly. Would definately recommend them to anyone needing car transfers.”

“We booked a transfer from/to Sharm airport on a recent trip. We were collected on time both times by friendly drivers in clean, modern vehicles and quickly transferred both times. It saved the hassle with local taxi drivers and was very fairly priced. We'll use Suntransfers again on this experience.”

“We were picked up from the airport on time by a very courteous driver in a Merc. On our return we were picked up on time in a Mini bus, not so comfortable and the driver didn't speak at all, although he did use his mobile whilst driving and held the wheel with his knee whilst changing gear.”

“I have used Suntransfers on a number of occasions and have happily recommended their services to friends and family. I didn't hesitate in booking them again for our transfers from Naples to Ravello for our forthcoming wedding. We decided to treat ourselves to an upgrade to a luxury saloon car and travel in style along the Amalfi coast, unfortunately we were met with a minibus. The driver was very polite and courteous but we were very disappointed with the transport. We contacted Suntransfers on our return to express our disappointed and received a standard response stating it would take a few days to respond, after chasing we eventually received a standard email stating their terms an conditions. A little disappointing due to our circumstances.”

“Our transfer from the Airport to the hotel was excellent, the driver was on time and everything ran smoothly. I had only booked a oneway journey on line as I wanted to pay for the return with euros that we had with us. So on arrival at the Hotel, I asked the driver if we could book a taxi for the following week and she took our flight details and told us to be ready for a 0945 hrs pick up. She gave me a card with the office number incase I needed to change the time. On our day of return it got to 0955 hrs and the taxi hadn't arrived so after a few attempts I managed to get through to the office, to be told there wasn't a booking for us, and they didn't have anyone free to send. Thankfully we managed to get the Hotel to organise another taxi for us, so I would recommend that a return journey is booked at the time of booking on line.”

“Driver was waiting for us with our name held up,there wasn't much communication between the driver. He put our cases in the car and drove to our accomadation .on our return he came 10 minutes early,again not much conversation but did he did his job.”
