My flight was 15 minutes late in landing and then there was a queue for passport control which held us up for another 15 minutes, as soon as I could I went looking for the driver in order to let him know we had arrived, unfortunately I couldn't find him so I rang the contact number, they then rang me back and told me were to meet him, when I eventually did find him he aggressively told me he had been waiting 2 hours for us as if it was our fault, I don't know if that was true or not but as we were only half an hour late if he had been there that amount of time it was down to his planner, the manner in which he made this statement set us off on the wrong foot. There were six of us and a baby in the vehicle, the air con was on but the rear of the vehicle was very hot, don't know if it wasn't working in the back or not but wasn't a pleasant journey in the rear. When we got to the hotel the driver did go out of his way to help us with our luggage. The return journey was totally different, the driver was very courteous and helpful, the mini bus was in a lot better condition and air con was very efficient through out the vehicle. All in all I would recommend this company as the pros outweighed the cons.
