Shit service paid for a car got a shitty van there excuse it's a Vito would advice not to book due to false advertisement would have been cheaper and more comfortable to get a taxi

I have contracted Suntransfers to transport my 16 students from Barcelona airport to Banyuls sur mer, on 8th of April; paid the full cost (nearly £1000), a month in advance. On the day, the flight is almost 2 hours delayed, the company is made aware well before the landing and reassures me that all is well, they do monitor the flight arrivals. Then surprisingly, the bus driver decides the wait is too long, leaves the airport without the students!! The company's advice for 16 students stranded on a Saturday night in Barcelona airport? "Take a taxi and we will try to refund!" Absolutely appalling!!! This is the worst, careless, most unprofessional treatment I have ever received!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! And I will make sure I spread the word!

On April 6th we flew from Denver, Colorado and were on our way to Paris, France. Due to weather problems in Atlanta, Georgia our connecting flight was missed and we were bumped to different flights. We were in the airport until late into the night working to get new flight arrangements made. It was a stressful experience as there were lots of crowds in the airport and when I finally got our new flight information I sent an email to info@suntransfers.com, the email address I received my confirmation documents from, informing them of the change in plans. I knew it was the middle of the night in Europe and expected they would see my email well before our new scheduled arrival of 13:50 pm the next day. Soon after we arrived in the baggage area of the Charles de Gaulle airport Suntransfers called me asking me where I was. I asked them if they had received my email. Apparently they had not checked their email. There were several calls from them to me asking me when I would be ready. I explained I just got off the flight. One of the phone calls was from someone in their office and I asked him to pull up my email. He located it and I explained that if they had been checking their email we would not be having a problem. I got one piece of my luggage and then another phone call came from Suntransfers from someone else in their office explaining to me that any changes within 24 hours have to be made by phone or by chat with them on their web site. I explained that the change happened just hours before when it was the middle of the night. I had a very stressful experience in the Atlanta airport and was not thinking of reviewing the fine print on my documents from Suntransfers. I expected them to see my email when they started work at 8 am the following morning when their office opened. The Suntransfers rep said their driver had to leave as he had been waiting for my original flight for a couple of hours. Not my fault they were not checking their email. The Suntransfers rep said the emails have to go through a process so they don't get them right away. Again, not my fault. The rep said the driver had to leave and there would be no refund. If I wanted to book a new driver I would have to pay again. I said I would not use his company again. If my connecting flight had gone smoothly in Atlanta things would likely have turned out differently with my first experience with Suntransfers. However, as they worked out they would not refund my money and I had to book a more expensive taxi. Had they been reviewing their emails in a timely manner they would have seen that I had a last minute change to my flights. I will not use this company again and recommend others beware of the fine print and need to communicate with them them by phone or web site chat if there are any last minute changes to flights due to problems with the airlines.

This company is a crook and scam....they said their driver waited for me until 405pm....I arrived at the meeting point at the red n white cubicle....I did not see no one carrying my name....I specifically put the time 430pm to be pick up and they never came....they said their driver came and it is a lie....when I called at their customer service they told me to take the taxi....if I would have known that in the beginning I would not book this transfer....very very much disappointed n I want my money back they won't give it to me....unreliable company...do not book this people....they put good rating but I know a lot of company's put a good rating n they are paying people n I think they are one of them....never want to used it again nor I will recommend to anyone....my first n last.

Did not pick up at specified time in Dubai. Transfer ordered for 10.30am but cab arrived before allocated time and then left us stranded in Dubai airport. On return pick-up from CruisePort the cab was late! The company would not compensate for their error. Do not use this company!

.Unfortunately, we booked and changed the pickup, we emailed and called the day before and they still managed to get it wrong. To make matters worse they were 15 minutes away and refused to come and pick us up, we have a 2-year-old and we had booked car seat for her. the fact we had a small child made no difference to them. I must have asked nearly a dozen times if they would still be picking us up, they just kept telling me it was my fault - which it clearly was not. I have given them several opportunities to reimburse our additional costs/refund us which they have refused I could and would never trust this company, I would rather pay a little more for a reliable company and if you have children and need child seats then this is probably an important consideration for you. Had they have come back for us I would not even post this, mistakes do happen, it is how you deal with them that makes the difference leaving people stranded with a small child is inappropriate in my view.

Very disappointed booked for six people returned paid 160 euro and got a the worst car you can possibly imagine!!!!

I booked with Suntranfers for our trip to Cozumel. What a nightmare! They state that if your flight is delayed they will accommodate. Completely untrue. That is only if your arriving flight is delayed but if you have a connection that is delayed they will not accommodate and you will loose your money. They said we had to pay full price to rebook since we cancelled our booking last minute.Their exact word in the email "We we have sent you an email confirming the cancellation of your transfer service." I did not cancel ANYTHING! Our flight was just 2 hours behind but they cancelled. Unless you have a direct/nonstop flight DO NOT book with them. I never give bad reviews but this was a $70 rip off and feel other people should know. Don't trust them, don't use them.

Driver didn't show up at Haneda Airport as per our booking. We called the customer service and they only offered an apology and asked us to find other means of transportation ourselves although we already paid in full. Very unprofessional service!! We would never use this company again.

We booked a private taxi transfer from Fuerteventura airport to Corralego and return. The driver was no where to be seen upon arrival and after searching for 15 minutes we located him talking to someone with name board held down. Surly disposition and after leading us to a mini bus (not a private taxi) we set off and were deposited at our hotel without a yes/no/thankyou. The return journey was in an even bigger minibus. What a con - an absolute rip off - almost daylight robbery!! If sun transfers want to get in touch we'd be happy to discuss this with them and their offer of a partial refund

More like SCUM TRANSFERS I have had the misfortune of using this company and to be honest I would rather have Savile babysit my children They are over priced, miss-selling two faced highwaymen where managers hide behind the workforce and will not speak to the customer. Their vehicles are old inappropriate and the drivers don't know the destinations. AVOID THESE SHARKS AND ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY

nobody there when we landed at airport, then they sent us an unsuitable vehicle to take us from airport to the villa, reported this to the office after we arrived at villa and they said they would sort it out, I said as long as the vehicle was right for our return then its ok, guess what again unsuitable vehicle sent we could not use it and had to get taxi we where told we could claim taxi fare back and to make complaint for compensation, we have done this they have offered a refund of 15.70 euro which is the taxi fare and 20% off next booking valued for 12 months, (WOW) this means we would have to book a holiday within the next 12 months to get any compensation, come on suntransfers get real, very bad customer care

Please DON'T ever consider using Suntransfers. My wife and I were told to take a taxi in Barcelona because the driver didn't show up. I was told I would get a refund. Well, they credited my charge card for the original cost of the transfer. However, the difference between that cost and the taxi fare was wired to my bank. Well, the fee I had to pay the bank was more than the amount wired. They wouldn't even compensate me for the tip I gave the taxi driver. That's good business practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pls do not use this company the driver of our minibus was drunk then he threw us off in the middle of nowhere so we had to get taxis to the resort still waiting for my money back. But they won't reply to my emails

Please do not use this company the driver of our minibus was that hung over from the night before he threw us of his minibus in the middle of nowhere and we had to get taxis to the resort. Still trying to get my money back Nov 2016

We had booked and paid for a return trip from our hotel to Faro Airport. The booking was for 11am. By 11.30am the car had not arrived so we had to ask the hotel to arrange alternative transport so we would'nt miss our flight. We will never use this service again.
