On 09/20/2015 we made a reservation at suntransfers.com (ST Services Iberia S.L.) for 2 adults and a baby from El Prat Airport (Barcelona) to Sitges. We paid on the same day via the Internet. The payment was € 80.49 That payment included a supplement to reserve the baby car seat. The vehicle that came to the airport did not bring a baby seat. The driver told us that the vehicle the company sends to the airport is the one nearest at the time, not necesarily the one with a baby seat. The driver asked us to take us to Sitges without the baby seat. Our daughter was 1 year and 2 months at the time. We understand that, apart from very dangerous, it is illegal to carry babies this age without the statutory baby seat. We asked for another vehicle to come, but they refused. The vehicle eventually went without taking us anywhere. By making multiple claims via email to the company, they tell us that it is "clearly indicated during the booking process in our vouchers and the Terms and Conditions, we ask customers to accept before completing the booking which child seats baby / child reserved are not guaranteed. Therefore, unfortunately, is not due a refund because the transfer has been provided but you have chosen not to use it. " What the terms and conditions say regarding the baby seats is this: "" We will provide chairs for children / babies you have booked whenever possible, however, at times they may not be available. In such cases, we will refund the cost of not provided chairs. If you are not willing to travel if that baby seats / child are not provided, please bring your own chairs and requests a refund Customer Service before traveling ". The conditions are a joke: 1) you can book a seat with the company, but if they do not bring one, you can use your own. If you are booking a baby seat is because you are not bringing one. Who books a baby chair and still bring his own onw, just in case, the taxi does not bring his? 2) It is not about willingness to travel. It is about being illegal.

The driver came 30 minutes late, and when we said he was late he just same I'm here now! He then didn't bring babyseats (we traveled with two toddlers) and drove a small car so we had to drive with our luggage in the seat! We paid 12 euro extra for this but when we called to complain at the office, they rudely answered that this was never guaranteed! I will never use them again and would rather take a taxi next time I'm in berlinn

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED MY WIFE TRAVELLING ALONE LEFT STANDING IN BARCELONA AIRPORT TAXI TURNED UP 40 MINUTES LATE JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH

There appears to be a problem with Suntransfers at Dubai International Airport, two years running we have had a problem with the transfer at Dubai airport. The representative is at the airport holding a piece of paper with our name on, fantastic, we make ourselves known and get told to take a seat and our driver will be with us in 5 mins, great, we sit and wait! Nobody approaches us, so after nearly 20 minutes I get up and ask the rep if there is any sign of our driver, once again I am told take a seat the driver is on his way! I told the rep I've been waiting 20 mins already, where is the driver? He calls somebody else and this man tells me that the driver is probably parking, take a seat he'll be here soon. I was not happy and said I'd been waiting long enough, please ring the driver and find out exactly his location, which he did, but he wasn't very happy about it! He then told me our driver was just coming and he would be arriving in a couple of minutes, which he did. Not once did I get an apology for the amount of time I had waited and this happened two years running, please explain why? My daughters transfer from Suntransfers didn't even meet them at Dubai airport this September and they had to get a taxi! She is still waiting for an explanation and a refund!

I had arranged several airport pick ups (all books at once for my 4 week vacation) of which all drivers were late between 25 - 45 minutes). Not once was a driver waiting for my family at the airport and on 2 occasions had to call customer service to ensure we were being picked up. I had a transfer booked from my hotel to the airport in Paris that never arrived. At 4am my family waited 40 minutes t be advised there would be no one picking us up and to arrange our own way to the airport. Service could not be worse each leg of my pre booked arrangements, will never use again.

I ordered a premium taxi to collect us from Rome airport, but when we arrived at Rome airport we were given the option to share a taxi or wait 45 mins for another one. So what choice did we have after a long journey as we just wanted to get to the hotel. We ended up travelling in a Mercedes Vito (not what I had paid for) and then we had a longer journey due to the other couple being dropped off first. I am disappointed as the company portrayed itself as a professional company and I didn't get what I paid for.

I would like to express my deepest dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service. According to original order we were supposed to be in Berlin TEGEL 16:40 with Austrian Airlines But due to delay of first of connecting flights to Vienna, we were changed to other flight and we came to Berlin TEGEL on 17:55 with Lufthansa. We were contacted with Sunftransfers.com by telephone and by Live Chat online, but it was refused to change the pick-up time just for 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Due to that we encountered many problems and inconveniences and significant costs (new transportation, loss of already payed money to suntransfers.com) It is extremely difficult to understand such a behavior of Suntransfers.com. It was the matter only in one call to the Driver, I am convinced that there is no problem to wait for only 75 minutes longer, it could be suggested to make additional payment for the waiting time – it would not be a problem. So, it was so easy for sutransfers, but so difficult for us… Acting was so formal, without any understanding of the customer. You put us in a humiliating position. Such a company cannot work in Europe, as it does not care of its Customers. You have no understanding, no sympathy. I could not really believe that in Europe we cannot solve such a small issue (one telephone call ? only), I could not understand how can the “respectable” company have such a negative not-sensitive attitude to its clients. Unbelievable. Just try to be in our place – would not You think the same? I will never recommend Suntransfers.com to my colleagues, who are traveling a lot.

Driver never showed up to pick up point at Prague Airport, waited almost 1 hour and at booking I informed of my local Czech mobile to Suntransfer. Pick up person never bothered to call me had to arrange for a taxi. What bothered me more is the fact that I called customer service and informed them of the situation and never received an answer or a refund or even an apology.

We recently booked and paid for a car with Sun Transfers from Rhodes port to the airport as we had a tight connection from ferry to plane and thought that would take the stress out of our journey. We were told a driver would be waiting for us with our name on a sign, our confirmation said that the driver would only wait 10 minutes so I paid extra to have the text alert service and we made sure we were first off the ferry only to find there was no driver! I called Sun Transfer but they didn't know what had happened and told us to wait, we stood there feeling more and more anxious about our flight while 20-30 local taxis lined up to pick up ferry passengers. A driver called me after about 10 minutes but he spoke little English so I gave my phone to a local who said the driver had gone to the wrong port (apparently there are 2, we had given ST our ferry details when booking) and he would be 5-10 mins it was actually 20 minutes so about 25 minutes late and he came in a regular taxi which we could have taken ourselves for less and would have been much faster. Sun transfers said they would look into what happened and I have only just heard back from them over 3 weeks later. I am very reluctant these days to write negative reviews as some many business's are struggling but after receiving their reply I felt compelled to share. They said the driver called me but my phone was off, I have phone records to show his call, they also said that they realised that the driver may have picked up another passenger, so we don't know exactly what happened as he said he'd gone to the wrong port. They went on to tell me the advantages of booking a pre paid car with them rather than getting a local taxi but there was no advantage just a bad service and appalling communication, they said that 'standard generous waiting times are included in the price so there's no rush to meet the driver' but our confirmation stated (and I spoke to someone at ST to ask if this was at all flexible and was told no) that they only wait 10 minutes unless it's from an airport, so you only have to get stuck in a queue getting off a ferry for that 10 minutes to disappear but we were off and waiting on time. They offered us a 20% discount off our next booking with them but why on earth would we put ourselves through that again.

On arrival in Dubai, found no driver waiting with a name board, after making three calls to Suntransfers customer services I was told they will call the driver, waited 20 minutes no update from customers services. I made another call and got told they could not reach the driver as no answer. After one hour waiting I arranged my own taxi from outside the airport. SO bad service. THERE IS NO MENTION OF WHICH TAXI COMPANY / AGENT Suntransfers uses on their document you receive via email AND also customer services will not give you this information.

Driver did not show up at Reus airport. We waited 25 minutes and then decided to take another taxi. Several other families were also waiting on a taxi booked through Sun Transfers. I am waiting on their response for a refund after complaining to them. I will post again when I get their response.

I wont bore you with a long drawn out saga etc, but needless to say when we arrived at Albufeira airport at 11:30pm 2nd from last flight airport virtually empty, The SunTranfers driver for ourselves was no where to be seen. We checked absolutely everywhere in arrivals inside and outside and asked the other transfer drivers if we were definitely in the correct place which we knew we were. Suntransfers were definitely 100% a no show, ended up paying an extra 50 euro's to get one of the last taxi's left at the airport late at night. 20 days later and still waiting for an personnel response from Sun Transfers rather than just the standard auto generated response's. Will most certainly not be using them again. The obvious line from them will be, their driver was there and we were in the wrong place, however that would mean then that all the other airport transfer drivers who we were talking too were also in the wrong place.

Sun Transfers is a fraud. We waited at the airport and after more than half hour we had to call them and they told us they were on their way. They showed up in a car for 5 pax with no room for the luggage we had. I explicitly put in the comments that we were 5 people with 2 pieces of luggage each. They make no attempt to help. They were rude and inconsiderate. We ended paying for another taxi to take two of us (+ luggage) to the hotel, at a cost of additional 70 pounds. We will not recommend or use them again.

I booked and paid for a taxi transfer to Costa Adeje, the address of my hotel. I then got an email asking for 26.84 more euros as the local agent felt the hotel wasn't in that resort. When I pointed out to the agent that that was the hotel address they insisted it wasn't. Agghhh!!!! Intensely frustrating and shocking customer service.

They drive like crazy people, too fast and using the cellular all the time, the driver who took us to the airport arrived late and was rude.

We checked out from our room at the hotel in good time prior to the agreed pick up time and waited for the driver to turn up. After 20 minutes of waiting, past the agreed pick up time, we enlisted the assistance of the hotel staff to check the whereabouts of the driver, to no avail. At the same time my wife rang the customer services number and was number seven in the queue and waited patiently for her call to be taken. When she finally got through she was cut off by your operator/staff. At that stage we had no alternative but to ask the hotel staff to provide a taxi for us in order to get to the airport in time for check-in. When we were in the taxi to the airport, we received a telephone call that I was not able to answer in time so it went straight to voicemail. I rang straight back (the first of three times) and got voicemail every time so I was not able to speak with your staff. You failed to provide the agreed service delivery and time was 'of the essence'. Incidentally, the driver who picked us up on arrival at Budapest airport was at best "unsafe". Bearing in mind we had a three year old child with us his driving skills were eractic with constant texting and turning around to talk to us whilst driving at high speed. Try somewhere else!
