“This joke of a company left my wife and 2 daughters stranded at Dalaman Airport. They took the money of course but provided no service and now wont refund. Avoid at all costs. This is a 1 star very poor review but should be zero star for disgusting.”

“Suntransfer cancelled my return journey, but have not returned my portion of the payment. I have emailed twice (info@suntransfer.com) and received no confirmation that they are going to do anything. I have called the suntransfer office but keep been told that I have to email any issues. Really disappointed in the way they have treated me as a customers”

“Used Suntransfers for the first time (3 times in Italy & Spain). All drivers arrived on time in each city and provided excellent service - professional yet personable. Highly recommend - makes for a more relaxing vacation!”

“I booked my transfer reading great reviews. I was quoted €19.95 for return journey from Marrakech airport to Le Meridian Hotel. When I went to pay they charged me €24.65. I only noticed this as my payment was going through and could not stop it. The website states free cancellation so when I cancelled I got a message to say that as I cancelled less then 48 Hrs before, I will not get a refund. I tried to contact the website but could only talk to live chat who couldn't understand what I was saying. Such a bad experience, what a rip off. Be aware when booking”

“Driver arrived early and was very courteous. He was a very safe driver and didn’t panic when there was a car crash up ahead. He took us on a different route which was longer but avoided us being late. Excellent service”

“used sun transfers from schipol airport. on arrival our driver was a little late but we received excellent customer service on the phone helpline our driver arrived a little while later and was very professional. I think the sign of a good business is how they deal with you when you have a problem and i was impressed with how sun transfers dealt with us.”

“They are the best. Driver met us at arrivals with our names so we found him right away. If your coming to Lyon, France I’d given them a call, don’t hesitate. And thank you Suntransfers. I’ll use you again. Rate them A+++++++”

“On my return journey there was no sign of the taxi. I phoned and got a lengthy recorded message in Spanish. If it hadn’t been for the kind hotel receptionist I would have been stuck. The taxi arrived 35 minutes late. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she said it was because of heavy traffic. It was Sunday afternoon and the roads were VERY quiet. We got from Badalona to the airport in 25 minutes.. I suspect that my booking had been forgotten until I phoned. When dealing with foreign clients it is no use putting out recorded messages in Spanish. I had left plenty time otherwise we could have missed our plane”

“I have one concern in that the driver who picked me up from fair airport to bring me to vilamoura made me concerned when he said no 1 he didn t think those apartments existed. No 2. He didn t think there would be anyone there to issue me a key. This was disconcerting as I was a woman travelling alone and I arrived in fair airport after midnight due to a flight delay. I would not like anyone else to experience this anxiety at the start of their holiday. As it turned out there was someone at reception and I did get a key and was in the ap partment at 1.30 a.m. the appartment name wise interpass alvaflor.”

“Used Suntransfers in Puerto Banus/Marbella. Great service, turned up at the airport and the villa on time with courteous driver and nice and clean vehicles. I had to change my booking 48 hours before our travel date and it was all done online very quickly and efficiently. Can't fault them!”

“Dreadful. I waited over an hour to be taken to Palma Airport. I was given a pick up time of 8.15am. After 4 telephone calls to customer service, I was told each time, he would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting over 1 hour and no transport, I had to call a taxi. Fortunately my flight was delayed, or I would have missed it altogether. Very unprofessional and not to be relied upon. It was prepaid and I am now waiting for my money back?”

“Below any standard. I was travelling with my wife and baby and due to being rushed off the bus at our stop, after waiting at the airport in LPA for almost 2 hours, i left my jacket with passports, wallet and mobile phone in the bus. I rang the company 2 minutes after they dropped us to kindly ask the driver to return or offered to take a taxi and collect them myself from Whereever... they saud this is not an option and will sort it with the driver. Heard nothing back. Next day i rang numerous times, they saud driver was not working till 4 pm and could not be disturbed at home but the bus was parket at the garage and they were positive that we will find the jacket if left on the bus. At 4pm we were topd driver was not actually in work till next day ( this is day 3 for us on hols with a baby and no money or phones). Next day we rang again numerous times and we were very nonchalantly told our items were lost and they had no responsability for this... i spoke to a customer service manager who was also very indiferent and felt the handling of the situation was perfectly appropriate... i cannot describe the level of unprofessionalism and callous behaviour... NEVER EVER travel With them”

“Arrived with a toddler at LPA airport, told we were to ne given a carseat-nil available and the person at the office desk was very rude when we asked about -said there is no law in Spain requiring this... however when we embarked eventually after 1.5 hours waiting... we were toldnot to sit in the rrobt row with a baby as the Police might be on the road and stop us. Highly unprofessional staff and very very rude.. although we paid for the return ticket we chose not to travel back with them”

“Sun transfers cancel my booking less then 24 hour before my flight home.. To be told there is no drivers available.. I booked way back in March.. I got a 2nd phone call to say they had found a driver but it would cost me more money!!”

“Used service for the first time on our visit to Pula. It was great to be met off the flight. Driver was there ontime ,was very pleasant and helpful and car was spotless. A bit dearer than an ordinary taxi was worth fit for the convenience”
