“I was catching a 15 minute flight from Dar Es Salaam to Zanzibar. We arrived at Dar Es Salaam two hours early and the airline put us on an earlier flight so we weren't waiting. I was conscious that our sun transfer driver wasn't going to arrive for another 2 and a half hours due to him sticking to the original flight time. I managed to phone the SunTransfer helpline, get through to someone immediately who then managed to ring our driver and get him to come earlier. They then called me up to check we had found him ok. Excellent service I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Used Suntransfers for many years, in many countries, we have used them twice this year. The last one May in Tenerife, many complaints!!. As I was just about to leave for the airport, quick look at emails before I left as I do not have any other internet access, Suntransferes had emailed me that morning to say that I owed them more money just over 5 euro's if I did not pay this now they would cancel the booking, I booked this transfer Dec 17, why did they not let me know before, it was lucky I saw the email. Arrived at Tenerife No driver searched up and down the line for ages, found a driver for another client and he made a call for me. had to wait for our driver, The drivers are usually there to greet us. The driver did not acknowledge us, we just followed him with us pushing the trolley at a fast speed. It goes on we moved resorts, needed to change address and time of pick us up, that was a nightmare as you could not change by phone only on the internet!! Reception used their computer for me could change the address but not the time. It was further away so I needed an earlier pick up,they wanted an over 27 euros plus the 25 I had paid. We cancelled the booking. The resort contacted another transfer company and the were 17 euro's cheaper. I have made a complaint to Suntransfers. They are not interested in my complaint,just make excuses. I have praised them in the past for their great service, unfortunately now I will be using another company, I would not use Suntransfers again.”

“you're just scammers, I waited at the airport for an hour and a half before taking another taxi, I was there sooner than expected and no one showed up. you are just miserable scammers, you have to fail, for a miserable 50 euros you have lost a client plus all those to whom I will commit myself to make you the worst possible reviews. I do not even want a refund, that money keep them and spend them on medicines, thieves”

“This is the first time I have used sun transfers, and i would definitely use them again it was a Really fantastic service from start to finish the driver was still there even though our luggage was delayed with a smile and we had a lovely air conditioned mini bus all to ourselves which was lovely he was very helpful and he was on time for the return journey as well thank you”

“Siamo arrivati il 13/06/2018 a Vienna alle 19,05 provenienti da Catania Ci siamo recati al posto concordato,Anker bar, difronte all’uscita e non abbiamo trovato l’autista. Dopo qualche minuto ci siamo messi in contatto con il vs servizio clienti. Il vs consulente Cristian è stato gentile e solerte ma purtroppo tra varie email abbiamo dovuto attendere 55 minuti prima che venisse l’autista. Eravamo sul punto di chiamare un taxi per raggiungere il ns albergo, anche perché mi è stato detto che l’autista si era allontanato per aggiornare il ticket del parcheggio. Al ritorno il 17/06 avevamo appuntamento alle 17.50 al ns albergo, abbiamo dovuto far telefonare dalla reception per sollecitare visto che l’autista ritardava. In conclusione un servizio a dir poco scadende nonostante le ottime recensioni sul sito. Penso che ci sarebbero tutte le condizioni per chiedere un risarcimento soprattutto per l’attesa dell’andata, sicuramente la prossima volta cambierò società.”

“Never book with this company. The night before a family holiday for 14 people I received a cancellation email to my account advising that our booking had been cancelled. This was at 7:30pm in a Friday evening. They had said there was no bus available and had left me a “voice message” to inform me of same. I ended up having to ring every transfer company in lanzarote to try and arrange alternative travel arrangements. The reason we booked was because we were traveling with two babies and wanted to ensure car seats were available. This was near impossible seen as we were left with less than 12 hrs before we were due to travel. When I spoke with the rep to express my dissatisfaction I was told that there would be one available for our return Journey and a 10% discount for our next booking. No thank you. I ended up cancelling our booking entirely, why would I travel with a company who cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. I feel that they should have organized alternative arrangements for us, even if we had to be split up into different vehicles, they were not willing to assist in any way. I eventually booked with Firstminute transfers and could not recommend them enough. They do not charge anything extra for car seats unlike sun transfers and do not take money until transfer has been competed.”

“need to take more care on what drivers they hire in.had the misfortune of been allocated an unreliable and untrustworthy driver who didnt turn up and had the neck to ring the company two hours later to say i didnt show up.got a refund so its better than nothing i suppose”

“Easy to book, great choice of transport available for larger groups and the mini bus we hired found our accommodation even though it was in a remote country location! Arrived promptly and was polite and courteous. Better priced than most competitors. Would recommend highly and will certainly use for all future transfer needs! Thanks SunTransfers.”

“We have had a verry special trip to the airport Alicante. The driver was a Britisch / Spanisch man, who is a driver inly for 6 weeks. He was extremely friendly, polite, whether we were well, if it was to cold or to warm. He always watched us. Do we sit well. When we got to the airport, we noticed that we had the key to the rented house with us and thedriver was kind enough to bring back the key that day, because he had to go back to Moraira My compliments to that man ! Our bookingreferents was:SUNTR_GY6251 Next time we go again with Suntransfer Jhj.Arts the Netherlands”

“When my phone was found in the car of my transfer, the customer service people at SunTransfer assured me that it would be returned, no fees, because the driver would be returning to the port. Roughly twenty minutes prior to the meeting time, I received a call saying that plans had changed, and now they would be charging me a full transfer fee for the drop off. It was only after I gave them my credit card information, awaiting a "full transfer from airport" as was described, that I found the driver sitting outside the port, 2 minutes away. They of course were counting on me paying the money, even though they were already conveniently at the port, thus no extra transfer to airport had been required after all. It was a company out to take advantage of a vulnerable customer, and not honouring their initial agreement of waiving all fees. A company must honour their agreement, however much they did not "mean it." After multiple attempts to speak with Customer service, and receiving "20% off my next transfer" I just want people to know before they book their next trip- beware of the fine print, because even the fine print doesn't apply when they change their mind. I would rather burn money than spend it on another transaction with this crooked company.”

“Do not use if you are booking a transfer from Antalya. No meet and greet as sold, so we were wandering around arrivals for 10 minutes, eventually finding someone who turned up late holding a Sun Transfers sign. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the driver who was late, no explanation or apology. Then he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to pay to get a taxi to our actual hotel, another 5km down the road...Paying 50 Euros for a private transfer, the least you expect is to be dropped at the right place y'know, even with shoddy service? It gets worse. The customer service did nothing about it and claimed we were dropped at our hotel. No apology or offer of compensation. Such a shame as we booked based on the number of positive reviews and our experience was SO far removed from that. Didn't ruin the holiday, but be warned NOT to use them if you're travelling from Antalya.”
