“need to take more care on what drivers they hire in.had the misfortune of been allocated an unreliable and untrustworthy driver who didnt turn up and had the neck to ring the company two hours later to say i didnt show up.got a refund so its better than nothing i suppose”

“Easy to book, great choice of transport available for larger groups and the mini bus we hired found our accommodation even though it was in a remote country location! Arrived promptly and was polite and courteous. Better priced than most competitors. Would recommend highly and will certainly use for all future transfer needs! Thanks SunTransfers.”

“We have had a verry special trip to the airport Alicante. The driver was a Britisch / Spanisch man, who is a driver inly for 6 weeks. He was extremely friendly, polite, whether we were well, if it was to cold or to warm. He always watched us. Do we sit well. When we got to the airport, we noticed that we had the key to the rented house with us and thedriver was kind enough to bring back the key that day, because he had to go back to Moraira My compliments to that man ! Our bookingreferents was:SUNTR_GY6251 Next time we go again with Suntransfer Jhj.Arts the Netherlands”

“When my phone was found in the car of my transfer, the customer service people at SunTransfer assured me that it would be returned, no fees, because the driver would be returning to the port. Roughly twenty minutes prior to the meeting time, I received a call saying that plans had changed, and now they would be charging me a full transfer fee for the drop off. It was only after I gave them my credit card information, awaiting a "full transfer from airport" as was described, that I found the driver sitting outside the port, 2 minutes away. They of course were counting on me paying the money, even though they were already conveniently at the port, thus no extra transfer to airport had been required after all. It was a company out to take advantage of a vulnerable customer, and not honouring their initial agreement of waiving all fees. A company must honour their agreement, however much they did not "mean it." After multiple attempts to speak with Customer service, and receiving "20% off my next transfer" I just want people to know before they book their next trip- beware of the fine print, because even the fine print doesn't apply when they change their mind. I would rather burn money than spend it on another transaction with this crooked company.”

“Do not use if you are booking a transfer from Antalya. No meet and greet as sold, so we were wandering around arrivals for 10 minutes, eventually finding someone who turned up late holding a Sun Transfers sign. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the driver who was late, no explanation or apology. Then he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to pay to get a taxi to our actual hotel, another 5km down the road...Paying 50 Euros for a private transfer, the least you expect is to be dropped at the right place y'know, even with shoddy service? It gets worse. The customer service did nothing about it and claimed we were dropped at our hotel. No apology or offer of compensation. Such a shame as we booked based on the number of positive reviews and our experience was SO far removed from that. Didn't ruin the holiday, but be warned NOT to use them if you're travelling from Antalya.”

“I have used Suntransfers many times in the past and usually get a standard taxi but on a visit in May 2018, which was a special occasion I ordered a premium car (they show a Mercedes E class on their booking page) to take us from Luqa airport to the Hilton Hotel in St Julians. What they provided was a minivan. When I complained they said that it was a Mercedes minivan and as such they were not inclined to offer any compensation. I have been a regular customer of this company but because of their insulting response will be looking elsewhere for all of my future trips.”

“Have used Suntransfers 2 or 3 times now and have been very impressed with the service each time. Always on time, courteous and helpful drivers and all in all have taken away any stress that might be associated with transfers to and from airports etc on holiday.”

“When going on Holiday I always like a reliable firm to use as a pick up from Airport to Hotel and return journey, with Suntransfers.com this is exactly what you get. “Had to change time of pickup from hotel and rang The so called 24 hrs contact only to get no reply.Eventually there was an automated answer of which none applied to what I wanted so then had to do an online chat before the change could be made.I was fortuneatley in a hotel with internet access if I had no internet or phone what would I have done.24 hrs should mean human contact in an emergency.”

“Very dangerous to travel with a baby. We booked a transfer in Portugal and they did not provide baby seats because it is not compulsort in Portugal. Apparenty the law is more important than safety of the passengers. It’s even worse that we, fortunately, found out that the operaring company does offer baby seats. So it’s only Suntransfers policy not to offer babyseats and not willing to help their customers to drive safely”
