The driver was late for my arrival at airport. I was looking for someone for over 30 minutes (after getting through customs and baggage claim!) . The car was nice, but the driver was texting and driving the whole time, in traffic. Scary. On my return arrival to the train station, no one there again. I managed to get wifi for a few seconds to email company, but quickly lost it. Also, no roaming on phone. Company says they tried to email back, but I couldn't receive it without email as this was Spain and I was from the US. I finally had to take a taxi to catch plane on time. Company refused a partial refund. This constitutes bad business in my book. In a foreign country for the first time, having a driver, on time with a name placard is paramount. Would not use again - too risky unless you have a local phone.

My collection from kiev airport to my hotel was fast and straightforward My return flight was cancelled so I called sun transfers a day in advance to reschedule my collection from the hotel back to the airport. I was told that they would not reschedule my collection and that I would have to lose my current booking and pay again for a new one. Disgraceful customer service not only did I lose my money from the original booking they wanted to charge me twice just to reschedule my booking and when I complained I was told I would have to make a claim on my travel insurance. Very poor company and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone

booked suntransfers for a party of 28 adults with case each when 30 seater coach arrived we was told by driver there was an issue with the luggage compartment, he couldnt get it open.this meant that a few passengers were standing room only on the bus from dublin airport to our hotel. Even better on return this time they collected us in a double decker bus from our hotel but had not been informed of the extra stop to collect other members of our party but this was cleared up quickly when bus driver made a couple of phone calls. overall service was prompt and on time but perhaps the minicoach should have been checked that all was well with the boot before it was sent out.

SUNTRANSFERS.COM Airport transfer from airport to ship terminal and return. Marseille, France March 21, 2015. We paid $120 Euro in advance for round trip transportation to and from the Airport Marseille and the Cruise ship terminal. The trip Airport to Marseille was great, but our ship, Costa Fascinosa, was delayed about an hour on return due to a terrorist attack in Tunis, Tunisia. We were first off the boat only to learn that SUNTRANSFERS.COM our car provider had left us without transportation. We contacted them and they said we were late and would have to pay again. We took a taxi at the airport.. I have never had this happen anywhere in the world on a prepaid service. — feeling unhappy. Like · · Share

Tenerife south airport to play paraiso. no one at airport to greet us.when driver finally arrived we had to wait further while he tried to help other stranded passengers.reversed minibus into another bus,driver very stressed.on return trip their headoffice did phone to tell me they would be late.this is the worst service that we have experienced and will not be using their services again

Good outward journey from Palma to Soller (even though driver dropped us off about 150 metres from our Villa) Dreadful pick up on return journey, driver would not come to us and we had to walk about half a mile with a load of luggage and 3 young children in tow, would we use them again? NO chance

From Paphos airport the car was not big enough for 4 passengers, including a disabled person, and their cases. I was compelled to carry a suitcase on my lap for the whole journey to Coral Bay. Having booked a premium taxi, this was unacceptable. For the return journey, I'm pleased to say a larger car was provided.

The driver did not have a sat nav, therefore he did not know my destination hotel, but between the pair of us we eventually got there. This was not the drivers fault

I arrived at Nice. It was the third time I used your service, the first time the woman was super friendly and helpful with local info etc. Last two trips the men were dour.

The driver arrived 10 minutes late for our transfer from Antalya to Alanya (turkey) but was very apologetic, nice and courteous. The journey was fast but felt safe. Our pickup was on time and the driver was courteous but drove very fast which was a little concerning. Despite this I would use Sun Transfers again without hesitation as experiences with other companies have been far from acceptable. I go to this destination several times per year.

I Would be a lot easier if you have to book more than one taxi i needed 7 that The system could remember most of The details when once put in The booking system

The driver was excellent on both journeys. Very friendly and courteous. I do not like the fact that the pick up time cannot be changed - the two hour before flight time is a guideline and the passenger should have the right to decide what time they want to be collected. 4am for a 6.40 flight is very early indeed. However I was very impressed with the driver, she was excellent.

Good service but I dont like that you have to arrive to airport 2h before flight. Think that is up to each person. Could be changed to adviced to arrive two hours before flight.

Our outward trip from Palma airport to Cala Bona was slightly inconvenient as the driver clearly did not know where the hotel, Consul Catalonia, was located as he frequently referred to maps and took some time driving around the narrow streets to find the hotel. On arrival he could not find the vehicle access to the hotel. The front main entrance was situated in the middle of a pedestrianised area opposite the harbour and we were dropped off at the nearest road access about 50 metres away and had to carry our luggage for 3 adults and 3 children. There was a rear entrance served by a road and despite providing the full address at the time of booking the driver could not find this access. On our return trip we were met punctually at this entrance. which was unsurprising as we discovered that this driver lived locally.

My plane was late but when I came out there was nobody there. I spent 5 minutes looking around and then started to phone your office when the driver appeared

A pity I had to contact to get a code, although booking within the 24 hours, this made no difference to the rate, and cost me and you telephone calls and my time. S Pearce
