The driver arrived 10 minutes late for our transfer from Antalya to Alanya (turkey) but was very apologetic, nice and courteous. The journey was fast but felt safe. Our pickup was on time and the driver was courteous but drove very fast which was a little concerning. Despite this I would use Sun Transfers again without hesitation as experiences with other companies have been far from acceptable. I go to this destination several times per year.

My reservation was for a microbus but come two taxis and not can go together all family (excuse my english)

I Would be a lot easier if you have to book more than one taxi i needed 7 that The system could remember most of The details when once put in The booking system

The driver was excellent on both journeys. Very friendly and courteous. I do not like the fact that the pick up time cannot be changed - the two hour before flight time is a guideline and the passenger should have the right to decide what time they want to be collected. 4am for a 6.40 flight is very early indeed. However I was very impressed with the driver, she was excellent.

Good service but I dont like that you have to arrive to airport 2h before flight. Think that is up to each person. Could be changed to adviced to arrive two hours before flight.

Our outward trip from Palma airport to Cala Bona was slightly inconvenient as the driver clearly did not know where the hotel, Consul Catalonia, was located as he frequently referred to maps and took some time driving around the narrow streets to find the hotel. On arrival he could not find the vehicle access to the hotel. The front main entrance was situated in the middle of a pedestrianised area opposite the harbour and we were dropped off at the nearest road access about 50 metres away and had to carry our luggage for 3 adults and 3 children. There was a rear entrance served by a road and despite providing the full address at the time of booking the driver could not find this access. On our return trip we were met punctually at this entrance. which was unsurprising as we discovered that this driver lived locally.

My plane was late but when I came out there was nobody there. I spent 5 minutes looking around and then started to phone your office when the driver appeared

A pity I had to contact to get a code, although booking within the 24 hours, this made no difference to the rate, and cost me and you telephone calls and my time. S Pearce

The transfer was from a cruise port to an airport. Many times cruise customers have formed a group of strangers to book a transfer. As, such they may be going to an airport area, which could be the departure zone or airport hotels. If you wish to attract this type of business, your drivers should be instructed that more than one drop site, within that zone is acceptable. Your driver refused the multiple drop sites. You lost 3 future customers

I enjoy using sun transfers but you need more flexibility in your cancellation process. You say 48 hours notice but that isn't really the case. That needs to be clearer on your website. And I'd be more likely to recommend you if we didn't have to pay for the entire journey upfront. Just paying some sort of deposit would make you much more accessible to more people.

Only one comment to make about our transfer in Sharm El Sheikh. The seat belts in the car were not available to use. They were either not there or pushed so far down into the seat that we couldn't locate them. It may not be compulsory in Egypt but we always prefer to use seatbelts. Other than that very pleased with the transfer and will try to remember you next time we need a transfer wherever we are in the world.

transfers on arrival where on time however on departure the transfers where late, I telephoned suntravel after 10 minutes who where most helpful, the driver arrived 30 mins late who was apologetic and said he was sent to the wrong hotel. Although there was a delay this would not put me off booking suntransfers again. Lovely staff both the driver and the telephonist

The driver was beyond delightful and helpful. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility provided by your local agency in San Sebastián. The day before my scheduled pick up I contacted them and asked if I could be picked up 15 minutes later, in other words, at 11am instead of 10:45am. My request was flatly denied. Not the end of the world but enough reason for me think twice before I use your service again. I would be interested to hear from regarding this

Return from Dublin Airport to Crowne Plaza in Dundalk. Outward journey from Dublin airport to Dundalk was perfect: driver was excellent and on time. Would recommend the service based on the first leg alone. Return journey from Dundalk to Dublin airport not so good. Driver was 10 minutes late for the pickup; not good for an airport drop-off. Had to phone customer services to find out what was going on. No apology from the driver for being late.

The vehicle sent for us on arrival should have been a estate car to accomodate our suitcase's as there were 4 people and 4 large suitcase's it was a struggle for the driver to fit them in the boot, it took the driver a long time to fit everything in, much better on our departure when a estate car was sent for us, will use again
