They called to cancel our transfer a couple of days before we left. We got a refund for this leg of the journey. In future if going to Dubrovnik i would just get a taxi. The main reason i booked the service was the peace of mind. Suntransfers did manage to transfer us back to the airport at the end of the holiday and the service was fine. More expensive than a taxi though.

Very dangerous to travel with a baby. We booked a transfer in Portugal and they did not provide baby seats because it is not compulsort in Portugal. Apparenty the law is more important than safety of the passengers. It’s even worse that we, fortunately, found out that the operaring company does offer baby seats. So it’s only Suntransfers policy not to offer babyseats and not willing to help their customers to drive safely

Die Fahrzeuge waren gut und sauber. Wir hatten Oberklasse-Limousine gebucht. Leider waren sowohl bei dem Transfer vom Flughafen Charles de Gaulle zum Hotel in Paris als auch vom Hotel zum Flughafen die Fahrer deutlich zu spät am Treffpunkt. Wir mussten mehrfach bei der Agentur anrufen, da wir trotz Buchung des SMS-Service keine Nachricht bzgl. einer Verspätung per SMS bekommen haben. Das war stressig und ärgerlich. Der Fahrer beim Transfer vom Flughafen war sehr unfreundlich, als ich meine Verärgerung geäußert habe. Offenbar war für ihn eine Verspätung von mehr als einer halben Stunde "normal". Ich habe mich dann entschuldigen müssen, sonst hätte er uns gar nicht mitgenomnen. ür 140 Euro erwarte ich pünktliche und freundliche Fahrer! Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal buchen!!!

I wanted to transfer 1 person and 14 bike bags from Treviso to Bassano del Grappa. Quite happy to pay for a 16 seater coach but, it seems after a prolonged on-line chat, that you can't do bike bags. Odd.

I had booked a car but an old minibus arrived , when I got in the music was on at full blast I had to ask the driver to turn the volume down this was at 4am . The driver then started drive like somebody on a formula one track , at one point on one of the roundabouts the back wheel hit the kerb , I then yelled at him to slow down & treatened him with the police when I arrived at Malta airport ,he slowed down . He then decided rather than drop me off at the terminal building to stop at the nearby bus stop across the road , rather than enable me to be able to call a police man , keep away from Suntransfers if these are the type of drivers they hire .

We had ordered bus from airport to our hotel, and from hotel to airport. They never showed up in the airport, and they never picked us up when we had to travel back home. Bottomline : we never Saw this bus... does it even exist?!?!

no body there to greet us I had to locate somebody from the company and try to resolve my transfer, the guy I spoke to called his office to resolve it, he also ended up taking us to our accommodation, then on our return they sent a taxi when we had paid for premium transfer without any explanation. Not acceptable to be charged premium for this service.

We pre order well in advance a booster seat and a child seat for return journey from Villanova Park to Bareclona Airport and the car came on time but had no booster seat and the child seat was made up of a booster seat and a back of a seat. I had to hold my 2 year old child who was sitting on the seat and strapped in using the adult seat belt the whole 45min journey. Other than this massive saftey issue the journey and company was very good.

Had cause to complain this year as received a shuttle service after paying for a private taxi. Handling of complaint by Suntransfers has been appalling they now use a 3rd party taxi company who's service was way below usual standard. All Suntransfers have done is pass it over to the outsourced company who just keep returning emails. Nothing has been done to resolve complaint. Which all they had to do was refund the difference paid. After taking your money they clearly don't want to know. Have used them previously many times obviously they have got to busy/big and now out source business. Standards now are rubbish compared to what they used to be. So beware if you need to complain !!!!!! I won't be the Using again unless complain resolved soon

I was booking for Stockholm Arlanda airport to the city on 2nd of June 2017 and my booking is fully paid in advance. My flight was landing on time at 7.00 am but the immigration was take time so long. As a result I went out at 8.30 am. I could not find the driver. So I called customer service and she suggested me to take the taxi and paid by myself without refund because the driver is unavailable. The driver has reported that the passengers were not available for collection and they were unable to reach me. Of course, I was in immigration area. So I have to catch a taxi and spent money both ways for taxi and Suntransfers (Stockholm) without service. This is so different from Suntransfers (AMSTERDAM) because I got the same situation but the driver was waiting for me 1.20 hours after landing. Your company should do something better than sent me the email and said Missed transfer services are non-refundable. This is not my fault.

On arrival at Palma Majorca my driver was not at the gate or anywhere in the arrivals hall. After walking around and around the terminal looking for my pick-up I had to telephone the office for assistance. Office was very helpful and the driver eventually arrived but nevertheless the driver was not there when she should have been.

My arrival journey was good although the instructions on where to meet the driver were incorrect but a phone call quickly had this sorted. However my return journey arrangements were very disappointing. I received an email 48 hours before, so too late for a refund, advising me I would be collected 4 hours before I needed to arrive at airport. I telephoned to ask for later pick up but they would not rearrange. Check return journey times before booking.

Our driver wasn't at the airport on arrival, he appeared eventually after I'd phoned the company, the car wasn't very clean (compared to others companies I've used), there wasn't an apology from the driver, just speed off with us in the car, before we could put our seatbelts on. On our departure, we were kept waiting in the freezing cold snow outside our apartment, I had to phone again to see what the delay was, only to be told they'd made an error and the car would be there in about 20-30 minutes, which wasn't very helpful, we managed to get a taxi locally. I was told to get a receipt from the taxi driver.... why should I ask for a receipt, when we'd already paid up front for a service. I've used several transfer companies and this by far is the worst, I've always praised the companies i've used and recommended them.. I've read lots of good reviews, maybe it was just my turn to have a complaint to make, which I rarely do, but this really frustrated me.

We filled out the online form and paid the fare in advance. Our hope was for a quick and easy trip to our hotel when we arrived at the airport in Lima late at night rather than haggling for a taxi. Instead the driver didn't show up. Since my phone doesn't work in Lima we ended up going all over the airport trying to find someone who would let us make a phone call. Eventually when we called they came about 12-15 minutes later - nearly 40 minutes after they were supposed to meet us. But I had filled in my flight details, I had written down the arrival time, I had done everything online as requested. Apparently they just don't come until you call. In which case ... I can get a taxi for less money and less hassle. The only reason to use suntransfer is for ease of connection - if they don't come until I call then I'll just use a taxi or uber! When they did come the van was unbelievably slow and unsafe in lane changes. I have spent most of my life in 3rd-world countries and so I am familiar with the normal, non-western traffic patterns (in fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how properly the traffic in Lima flows - except for our driver!) and so my response of feeling unsafe is in comparison to traffic in many Middle Eastern and African cities - nothing to do with other drivers but only with our driver. Very displeased. Will not use again.

Lady at barbados airport had st james travel instead of my name or suntransfers on display board which created a bit of confusion otherwise transfers were good

I waited almost an hour for my return transfer. I barely had time to get checked in and through security until it was boarding time. I e-mailed Sun Tranfers for an explanation or apology. No reply. Will never use Sun Transfers again and would not recommend them to anyone.
