“I would have given full marks for the service we received but for a problem with our arrival transfer. The Malaga taxi driver wasn't very familiar with the resort of Nerja & relied on his satnav at the last minute to find our apartment. The bottom of the road it was on was closed off due to construction works & our driver indicated that didn't know an alternative route. He did, however, speak to the helpline for our apartment rental and then left us by the roadside with our cases and we had to wait for a representative to meet us to show us to our apartment. Unfortunately, for us, the man turned up on a moped, so we all had to walk up 2 steep hills and 3 of us had to drag our suitcases with us as the moped only managed to take one case. Understandably, we weren't too happy about this as we had been up since 4am that morning so were all rather weary from travelling & as it was the middle of the day the sun was extremely hot so we were absolutely exhausted by the time we got to our apartment so it wasn't a good start to our holiday. We had no issues with our return transfer as the driver was very punctual and found the apartment without difficulty.”

“Easy booking by Internet with competitive prices. Clean cars, slight confusion over where we were being picked up in Barcelona, but lady in office very helpful and phoned back to ensure we had been picked up by our driver. Would use sun transfers again.”

“Although I gave you top marks for all your questions the one question you didn't ask was about the driver itself which I found really really bad, the driver picked us up from the hotel not only was his driving erratic he was also using a mobile phone to phone and to send texts while driving at the speed I felt very unsafe i'm not sure what your policy is on driving and using a mobile phone, in England is not allowed I would like to see that happening in Germany if it's not already there”

“I was initially worried about booking transfers online, but I found the experience simple. We arrived at the airport picked up the baggage and the driver was waiting in arrivals. He had a sign with our name on it and brought us out to a spacious people carrier. On the return journey he was actually early which was fine as I prefer being early to a little late. I would use them again.”

“Only 2 issues with sun transfers. 1) Driver picked us up no problem from Innsbruck airport but did not know where our apartment was, so we were driving around for half an hour or so before arriving at our destination. Suggest they carry a sat nav or a map! 2) Although not directly Sun transfers fault, our flight was transferred from Innsbruck to Munich airport and we had been informed we had to be at the airport early for the Thomas Cook transfer. Sun transfers were reluctant to change our details as it was not 2 hours before a flight, even though there was no flight from Innsbruck. They eventually changed the details. Thomas Cook then changed the time of the transfer to a later time, but Sun Transfers would not change the pick up time. I don't know why I paid for the gold protection as the transfer was not at the time I wanted, seems a waste of money if your flight has been cancelled as they charge you anyway. Other than the above, the car journeys were smooth and the drivers were in time.”

“Only problem was unable to find driver on exit from Tenerife sur. Had to make a call driver was in the area but not holding up card or visible to us. Still a good and competitive service, no problems on return. Will use Again.”

“Never know what to expect when travelling to a place for the first time. So We were pleased when the taxi driver for our transfer was there waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign. Friendly and courteous he got us to our destination in good time which was important for us as someone was waiting for us there. The return transfer was perfect.A week or so later.we had an early return flight. The tax van arrived on time at 6:05 am and got us to the airport in good time. Thanks.”
