“Excellent service in most respects BUT the driver on the return was on his mobiles ALL the way to the airport and NOT hands free”

“Although I gave you top marks for all your questions the one question you didn't ask was about the driver itself which I found really really bad, the driver picked us up from the hotel not only was his driving erratic he was also using a mobile phone to phone and to send texts while driving at the speed I felt very unsafe i'm not sure what your policy is on driving and using a mobile phone, in England is not allowed I would like to see that happening in Germany if it's not already there”

“I was initially worried about booking transfers online, but I found the experience simple. We arrived at the airport picked up the baggage and the driver was waiting in arrivals. He had a sign with our name on it and brought us out to a spacious people carrier. On the return journey he was actually early which was fine as I prefer being early to a little late. I would use them again.”

“Only 2 issues with sun transfers. 1) Driver picked us up no problem from Innsbruck airport but did not know where our apartment was, so we were driving around for half an hour or so before arriving at our destination. Suggest they carry a sat nav or a map! 2) Although not directly Sun transfers fault, our flight was transferred from Innsbruck to Munich airport and we had been informed we had to be at the airport early for the Thomas Cook transfer. Sun transfers were reluctant to change our details as it was not 2 hours before a flight, even though there was no flight from Innsbruck. They eventually changed the details. Thomas Cook then changed the time of the transfer to a later time, but Sun Transfers would not change the pick up time. I don't know why I paid for the gold protection as the transfer was not at the time I wanted, seems a waste of money if your flight has been cancelled as they charge you anyway. Other than the above, the car journeys were smooth and the drivers were in time.”

“Only problem was unable to find driver on exit from Tenerife sur. Had to make a call driver was in the area but not holding up card or visible to us. Still a good and competitive service, no problems on return. Will use Again.”

“Never know what to expect when travelling to a place for the first time. So We were pleased when the taxi driver for our transfer was there waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign. Friendly and courteous he got us to our destination in good time which was important for us as someone was waiting for us there. The return transfer was perfect.A week or so later.we had an early return flight. The tax van arrived on time at 6:05 am and got us to the airport in good time. Thanks.”

“We book a taxi transfer from CDG to Paris city [26/12/13] and then return to CDG from city hotel [30/12/13]. The pick up from CDG on the 1st day was delayed. But the Customer Service lady was very professional and helpful and she called me back 4x to make sure the driver came. I accepted the driver's reason for been late. He & many others were stopped by police near the airport. On the return journey the same driver was right on the dot with timing. We were happy with the service.”

“The driver was waiting for me at the airport. However, I had requested a luxury car (Mercedes or Audi) and the driver arrived in van. Being mobility challenged it was difficult to climb into the van.”
