“Our transfer from the Airport to the hotel was excellent, the driver was on time and everything ran smoothly. I had only booked a oneway journey on line as I wanted to pay for the return with euros that we had with us. So on arrival at the Hotel, I asked the driver if we could book a taxi for the following week and she took our flight details and told us to be ready for a 0945 hrs pick up. She gave me a card with the office number incase I needed to change the time. On our day of return it got to 0955 hrs and the taxi hadn't arrived so after a few attempts I managed to get through to the office, to be told there wasn't a booking for us, and they didn't have anyone free to send. Thankfully we managed to get the Hotel to organise another taxi for us, so I would recommend that a return journey is booked at the time of booking on line.”

“Driver was waiting for us with our name held up,there wasn't much communication between the driver. He put our cases in the car and drove to our accomadation .on our return he came 10 minutes early,again not much conversation but did he did his job.”

“confirmation text received 24 hrs before departure which is reassuring,driver on time and very polite and friendly only reason I picked good instead of very good was the fact I ordered private taxi and it was private mini bus which could have caused problems with access for somebody older than myself,would definitely use company again”

“Hardly a limousine- a small/medium family car. But since it was only carrying my wife and me it was adequate. The driver arrived on time and was courteous and helpful. Price was only a couple of euros less than the cruise company were offering. Would be inclined to use this company again.”

“I found Suntransfers on Google after reading a review on Tripadvisor. The booking process was easy and they were the cheapest of the websites I viewed. The driver was waiting at the airport and on our return journey he arrived promptly. I will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to my friends and family.”

“In general the service was excellent. However, there was an issue with the speed of the vehicle on the return to the airport. The driver seemed tired and the car drifted from lane to lane and sometimes onto the hard shoulder of the motorway and at 140 Km an hour + this was quite scary. Yes we arrived safely, but if an accident had happened at the speed we were travelling, who knows what would have happened. We did mention our concerns to the driver and he did moderate the speed slightly, but not enough to completely remove the fear factor.”

“We were told by a friend that they were let down by Suntransfers on their last holiday but we can honestly say we had no problems at all, even though our apartments were a bit off the beaten track they still arrived well on time for our return journey home.”

“ATHENS SERVICE Courteous & helpful drivers. Arrived on time.The only thing is we booked for 21-seater coach..but we were provided with two small vans so the group had to travel separately.”

“I was worried as this was the first time I had booked a transfer but both transfers to and from Nice airport went very smoothly; the driver was on time, courteous and was easy to find. I liked the text to phone the day before which provided all the numbers needed just in case and reassurance that everything was in place. The vehicle was clean and the driving was continental style ( a bit fast for my liking but overall I felt safe). I would use the service again.”

“Car was comfortable and clean but would be nice if driver had eaten and put petrol in car before my flight arrived. And a driver should know the destination of the most famous hotel in Tangier without asking ten times.”

“Recently booked a transfer from Ibiza airport to resort. Driver was prompt, vehicle good, journey smooth as could be(given some roads) and although higher than local taxi in fare cost, reassured they were waiting and got us to destination for night flight.”

“I would have given full marks for the service we received but for a problem with our arrival transfer. The Malaga taxi driver wasn't very familiar with the resort of Nerja & relied on his satnav at the last minute to find our apartment. The bottom of the road it was on was closed off due to construction works & our driver indicated that didn't know an alternative route. He did, however, speak to the helpline for our apartment rental and then left us by the roadside with our cases and we had to wait for a representative to meet us to show us to our apartment. Unfortunately, for us, the man turned up on a moped, so we all had to walk up 2 steep hills and 3 of us had to drag our suitcases with us as the moped only managed to take one case. Understandably, we weren't too happy about this as we had been up since 4am that morning so were all rather weary from travelling & as it was the middle of the day the sun was extremely hot so we were absolutely exhausted by the time we got to our apartment so it wasn't a good start to our holiday. We had no issues with our return transfer as the driver was very punctual and found the apartment without difficulty.”
