“I have used stonedeals a few times and the service is great , however the travertine I have been sent isn't like the sample I received and the builders I'm doing the project for aren't happy at all. I have three more houses to tile and it looks like I will be shopping elsewhere.”

“Excellent product, price and service. Lucy couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Will definitely use again. I used my own courier at a quarter of the carriage charge quoted by yourself, it wasn't a problem but hopefully not put off any potential customers.”

“I was hesitant to order tiles from an online company but from ordering to delivery it was all done without any problems. The tiles look fantastic, the staff was very helpful and the driver also was very kind and helpful. I have recommended Stone Deals to my family and friends.”

“Pre sale, StoneDeals were good but post sale they weren't very helpful when we had problems with their delivery company, hence a rating of "normal". The tiles did arrive well packed and without any breakages but when the delivery company said that they couldn't deliver to us, StoneDeals stated that we would need to pay a further £320 for delivery on top of the £290 already paid for delivery to Spain. They didn't assist in getting the delivery company to actually make the delivery and considering we have had a previous shipment of 650kg delivered to us, we know it's perfectly possible. In the end we needed to get the shipment delivered to a local construction company and had to pay them €50 to deliver to us. The tiles that we received are mostly very good but there are wildly different qualities within the order so it's just as well that we ordered quite a few more m2 than required.”

Hi, Many thanks for your comments. We have checked with the transport company and they advised that there is a slope at the delivery site hence making the delivery very difficult due to the weight of the tiles. During the conversations, they recommended using a special lorry which would cost more and we passed this option the the customer. However we also tried to persuade the transport company to attempt the delivery as customer already received deliveries before to the same address. Finally we had no choice but to deliver the goods to another place where the collection from that address would be possible. Apologies for the inconvenience but unfortunately some events are beyond our control. That is why we advise all of our customers to provide as much information as possible about the delivery site or any restrictions around the area.

“I recently placed a order for the nano polished black tiles I can honestly say what a pleasure from start to finish the tiles were well packed with no breakages and the driver was very helpful on laying the tiles they look fantastic I will recommend your firm to all my friends and relatives once again a really big thank you Kind regards John”

“Paid for and expected delivery of seconds floor tiles ordered on eBay after confirming amount required by email only to be told via email later they could no longer supply as another person had purchased and would we like to pay more money for new tiles advertised on eBay. Advised would refund without my consent. Advised I would accept the new stock at same cost only. Refused to send floor tiles required. Poor customer service with no emphasis on satisfaction and a total disregard of contractural obligations. Would not use this company in future”

Apologies that you have had a bad experience with your purchase. We have checked with our sales office and the product was Faulty Products (Seconds) as advertised on eBay. And as the price is very competitive, the stocks are going very fast therefore the sales office does not have real time information on the "Seconds" stocks. After your purchase, the sales operator realised that the stock was already sold and we have refunded the money back straight away. Alternatively we have offered the non - faulty tiles at discounted price which was not accepted by the customer. Apologies again however the faulty stocks we are selling are 1st come 1st serve basis.

“The service i received from yourselfs was great and the tiles look amazing cant wait to lay them. I was dealing with a lady called lucy and she couldn't be more helpful i will definatly be buying from here again as the delivery was when they said it was. “Quality of the stone is good. They answer the phone quickly (a rare thing these days!) and are very helpful. Delivered on time and as agreed (again, all too rare a thing these days). Not sure if the carriers had chucked the pallets around in transit or if they were a bit flimsy, but some of them arrived in a fairly battered state. that said only one tile out of several hundred was broken and Stonedeals were happy to replace any that were damaged. Overall, a good quality product at a very keen price. Helpful staff who you can easily reach without a long wait or a tedious press this button and that. Recommended.”
