“Absurd delivery options - 68 quid to deliver 10 tiles. Stupid.”

Firstly, thank you for your interest in our product and we hope you are well. We dispatch all orders using a 3rd party haulier and is the amount payable to them to attempt customer deliveries, the delivery charges are not hidden charges and are applied to the orders when a delivery postcode is provided and are visible to the customers before any payment is processed. The hauliers specialise in transporting the kind of fragile items that we supply to all our customers. These are per pallet charges which are applied for the actual process of picking up a pallet and distributing it to our customers, which can be based anywhere in the UK, for this reason, the charges are based on zones around the UK and not per weight/size of the order itself on the pallet themselves, the charges are the same charge from 1m2 up to over 50m2 on a single pallet on some products. However, we do upon request, arrange possible collections by our customers from one of our 2 warehouses.

“Good value and quality products. Delivery was efficient. Was a little cautious re ordering a large quantity of stone flooring from a sample via on line store. However based on my experience I would now recommend such a purchase to others.”

“Ordered some travertine for our bathroom. Samples came quickly, tiles ordered and came pretty promptly. After previous deliveries from OTHER reputable suppliers where I had many broken I was apprehensive to be honest. However, I didn't need to be as they were properly crated, so nothing broken. Sounds obvious, but there is a skill in doing this right and it does cost a little more to do it properly. Photos, samples and actual tiles all similar too, again this hasn't always been the case with others! Will definitely order our other bathroom tiles from Stone Deals. Thank you!”

“Very happy with the service received from Stone Deals, from receipt of the samples requested, to delivery of the tiles themselves. They were just what I needed to match the ones I had in another room and there wasn't one breakage on receipt. I wasn't at home on delivery but my daughter asked him to lay the pallet in one corner of the driveway which he did with no fuss. I researched prices before ordering and they were as competitively priced as I could find anywhere.”

“The silver fantasy 60x60 marble tiles arrived with 3 days. Packed to perfection and not a single crack or breakage in nearly 50sq metres. The hues and pattern were so much better than expected from my small 10cm sample and exceptional vfm. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to buy again.”
