“Goods were ordered on economy delivery, unfortunately I was not available when the carrier phoned me so I missed the delivery. I collected from the carriers depot, and apart from 2 small tiles which were packed into the crate the wrong way round, there were no other damages.”

“Ordering the stones was easy with 'over the phone' help when I needed it. They arrived well packaged with very minimal damage. However, had problems with the delivery - turned up a day late (despite paying for next day) and the driver struggled to get the 3 tonnes of stone off his truck by himself. It took him over an hour to unload and would have been incredibly dangerous if my husband was not on hand to help.”

“Lucy has the patience of a saint! I changed my mind so many times - different stone, different sizes - and every time she uncomplainingly and quickly requoted and answered my endless questions with humour and efficiency. The stone arrived on time and very welll packaged. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and it was half the price of our local stone shop even after my trade discount. I am happy to provide photos.”

“Lucy (who I dealt with ) I cannot praise enough. Proactive, efficient, thorough and a great people person. I ordered the Polished Grey Quartz- the tiler said the product was easy to work with, there was minimal wastage, which meant I had a box spare. Which I can return (within 7 days) to get a full refund. I've used the tiles with underfloor heating for my utility room and the floor looks absolutely amazing. Great staff, great product, great doing business with you. Thank you guys, Mr D McGinn- Wiltshire”

“I recently purchased some tiles. The quality of the product is superb & exactly as described. The price was amazingly good too. Delivery was quick & my special delivery instructions were dealt with effectively. The speed of delivery was brilliant & the packaging outstanding.
