Ordering the stones was easy with 'over the phone' help when I needed it. They arrived well packaged with very minimal damage. However, had problems with the delivery - turned up a day late (despite paying for next day) and the driver struggled to get the 3 tonnes of stone off his truck by himself. It took him over an hour to unload and would have been incredibly dangerous if my husband was not on hand to help.
