“Good value and quality products. Delivery was efficient. Was a little cautious re ordering a large quantity of stone flooring from a sample via on line store. However based on my experience I would now recommend such a purchase to others.”

“Everything arrived in good order and tiles appear to be high quality, well packaged when it left stone deals, transit company damaged pallet during final move on pallet truck into my garage (which they didn't have to do) this led to very minor damage to a few tiles, but 99% were undamaged so I was happy about that. Dropping a star for the unrealistic expectation that tiles are examined before delivery driver leaves, there was no delivery note to record any damages on and the driver just left, the tiles were in a crate which was nailed shut and extracting them for a random inspection was just not realistic in any timeframe a delivery company would hang around for - I only noticed the damage to the crate during an inspection which took me 2 hours as the tiles were very tightly packed so impossible to remove random ones for inspection - fortunately as I say 99.9% of the tiles are usable but worth bearing in mind”

“Got these 3D cladding tiles to Finnish off my garden after having building work carried out. Good tiles and affect, although a few broken tiles found when boxes were opened.”

Hello Neil, firstly thank you for your order with us. We are sorry to hear you received some damaged claddings on your order however, we have not been informed of this so we would have started proceedings to resolve this for you at the earliest opportunity. Unfortunately, due to the highly fragile nature of claddings and the restrictions in the type of packaging that can be used for them due to their varying thicknesses mean, on rare occasions, damages can unfortunately occur however, if we are informed, we do our best to resolve this for our customers asap. “Good quality tiles and helpful staff when ordering, I understand that delivery is subcontracted and this is where I was let down not the fault of Stone deals but hugely frustrating.”

“The quality was excellent, the price was competitive, it was all in stock and buying online was quick and easy! The delivery cost was just bearable with a 3-5 day drop off promised BUT that wasn’t going to happen in that timeframe we were told and we had to travel to Treforest and pick it up from a depot if we wanted it earlier than ten days.”

“I ordered a tile sample, the process was quick and easy and the sample arrived in a timely manner. The sample was to match existing tiles which was fitted years ago which turned out to be perfect. Unfortunately when I was ready to place my order you had to purchase a minimum of 1 square meter which was almost three times more than I needed so I was not able to complete the order on this occasion. Customer services was very helpful when I rang for to discuss the my order.”

“We ordered a consignment of Carrara White Marble tiles with a very short deadline. The tiles arrived promptly and are of very high quality making a superb job. A few tiles needed to be replaced due to chipped corners in transit. These are being replaced by next day post - with no argument or delay. Faye and Oscar have both been very helpful on the phone and by email. Highly recommended - the effect of natural marble is hard to beat for a beautiful wall!!”

“Communication was good and the tiles arrived as agreed. My only gripe is that it was a small order of 6 square meters. I would have expected to receive more tiles of a smaller size. It’s a perspective thing, a small space requires smaller tiles. Some will have to be cut in half or more, but then I’m left with a straight line when I was really after an imperfect look. Perhaps this could be looked into for others buying a small quality”
