HI David , we hope you are well Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sample did not meet your expectations. We were a little surprised by the 2-star rating, particularly as the photographs provided show a very close resemblance to the full-size tile in both pattern and porcelain tone. We completely understand the importance of samples in helping customers make their choice. However, with any porcelain range, a small sample cannot capture every subtle variation that may occur across a full production batch. “Just had my paradise grey polished porcelain floor tiles fitted. As you can see from the video they are absolutely stunning. Looking just like real marble without the price of marble. Put it this way my tile fitter couldn't believe they only cost £27.99 m2. He's getting some himself which says it all. Such an amazing product from such an amazing company who were punctual, polite and very helpful.”

“Excellent service from start to finish! The customer service team was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely loyal to their customers. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and the prices were very competitive. The quality of the tiles was also excellent. “The dolomite tiles I purchased twice now are absolutely beautiful and excellent value for money. I highly recommend Stone Deals as their customer service is also good. The delivery driver of my second purchase that arrived a few days ago went above and beyond and brought the heavy crate up my driveway to my front door”

We’re sorry for any disappointment regarding the delivery address charge. We’d just like to clarify that the additional charge was not confirmed at the time. We requested the alternative delivery address details from you to establish whether an additional charge would apply, as delivery costs can vary depending on the location of local depots and areas they cover and the re-routing needs of pallets after orders are dispatched. We were subsequently instructed by you to deliver to the original address, rather than the alternative address, and the delivery was therefore made to the original address on your order. “The tiles were cheaper than anywhere else, but delivery costs are high. Unfortunately my next day delivery did not arrive. Following my email, I got a call the next morning and my tiles were delivered within the hour. The tiles were great.”

“Incredibly user-friendly website. Easy to find what I wanted; easy to order; easy to change deliver address to cope with pallet delivery vehicle. Just one problem - I received a text from an unnamed delivery firm wanting me to call to confirm delivery address. Text looked slightly suspicious as I had no idea what they were delivering and was on the verge of deleting text. Thankfully I contacted Stone Deals and they reassured me that this was the delivery firm they were using.”
