“I ordered a tile sample, the process was quick and easy and the sample arrived in a timely manner. The sample was to match existing tiles which was fitted years ago which turned out to be perfect. Unfortunately when I was ready to place my order you had to purchase a minimum of 1 square meter which was almost three times more than I needed so I was not able to complete the order on this occasion. Customer services was very helpful when I rang for to discuss the my order.”

“First of all the product looks great, they're not laid yet so I won't know for a few weeks how well they cut etc. The delivery was really quick and compared to another company the cost of shipping was reasonable. The tiles arrived within a crate on a pallet, really securely packaged (so secure I had a bit of a job getting into them, however better that than having broken tiles ! Overall I'm extremely happy with the product and service I received from Stone Deals .”

“The product is good quality and the delivery was prompt. The backing came off the mosaic tiles too easily but it was not overly problematic in the end. My only gripe was the delivery cost and at £66 I felt this was overly expensive. But I have tiles and I can finally finish my project.”

Hello Mr West Thank you again for your order with us. We use a 3rd party haulier for all our order shipments, their charges are per pallet, this unfortunately means it is the same delivery charge for a small order and a larger order per pallet. We do understand that this can seem a little accessive for small orders however, these are not hidden charges and all orders placed with us include all charges of the order before a payment is processed, this gives our customers the option to proceed with an order or not. We do also do our best to ensure our item pricing along with their quality are as best as possible within our sector. We hope this helps explain the delivery charges on orders. With Regards,

“I was concerned about having to order sight unseen because the tiles needed to match pre-existing ones from a source that no longer supplies them. However, the free sample sent helped build confidence, and the consignment turned out to be a good match. The delivery process looked quite daunting in print, but it turned out to be very smooth. The lorry turned up early, the driver was very helpful and, contrary to instructions, he was quite willing to take the load across our gravel as his trolley was electrically powered. To crown it all, there were absolutely no breakages. Excellent service, thank you. We will be coming back for more in due course.”

“Excellent service from ordering samples to the final product. The tiles arrived within the promised timescale, well packaged on a pallet with shrink wrap and in brilliant condition - even the pallet was well made! The split face slate tiles are of very good quality and so well constructed even a complete novice can make a good job - as evidenced by the before and after photos - not bad for a 66 year old female.”

“My company Tile With Style! In Birmingham England Like to use some of the best quality tiles and natural stones and porcelians on the market with Stone deals you get exactly what it says “a great deal” top quality stone products at very reasonable prices!! Also with the option for next day delivery for 3 to 5 working days I will definitely worth using this company again!”
