When I BOUGHT THE policy I fought I was purchasing European breakdown cover but to my surprise I had only bought uk cover only, even though I had clicked for European breakdown cover.

I have been unable to get my policy as it apparently has gone in to my span but the rubbish such as this has gone into my normal emails. Very very unsatisfactory phone personnel!

three hours waiting for recovery first time in four years being with your company and thats the level of service also waiting for customer service to contact me still waiting

I took out breakdown cover with your company because I was heading of on a 1500 mile round trip to pick up another car. I picked up the car and phoned to change the details with you and was told it would take 24 hours for the change to occur. I asked if this meant I was not covered for 24 hours and was told this was correct. I broke down on the way back 650 miles from home. I could not call your company because I wasn't covered. To cut a long story short. I ended up paying around £700 out of my own pocket because of this. I will now be contacting your company to end our agreement.

When we broke down last year in Germany they did very little to help us and we basically had to organize the repair. I only renewed as they were the cheapest and it is better to have some cover if the worst happens. When I complained last year they simply ignored it

I bought a European short trip breakdown policy. The policy document I was provided had a number of coverage levels, the exact one determined by that stated on my policy schedule. Unfortunately, the description on my policy schedule did not match any of those in the policy document. When I called them, I was assured that I was afforded the highest level described in the policy document, however, they were unable to provide this in writing. I have therefore have been left buying a policy without any written evidence or otherwise of the cover I have been given. A fundamental omission for an insurance policy which casts doubt over this company's competence if they are unable to get something this basic right..........

Only just purchased the service and they have asked me to review it already.... Ask me again if or when my car breaks down and I need help from Start. 0 stars for being bloody stupid Reviews and Start !!!!!

On the occasions I have had to use my breakdown policy I have had excellent service. Your staff were police, friendly and efficient.

All correspondence was sent to an incorrect email address. Despite contacting the company on 2 occasions, they contain to email the wrong person

You have change you term so that customer are not able to have both car and personal cover as cheaply.

Home cover was inadequate when required. European cover farmed out to a company called IMA had incredibly poor communication and dos not call back when indicated, I had to do all the chasing- additionally no help at all.
