“We have used Start Rescue once since joining & had nothing but 100% customer service. Most changes have been done online ( very easy to navigate) but when we have had to phone staff have been fantastic. Thank you, making a stressful situation simple & the follow up call to ensure we were looked after was a pleasant surprise.”

“I've needed to call on Start Rescue twice in the last 8 months. Each time I've had to use them they've been excellent. They kept me updated throughout the recovery as to when the assistance would reach me. I would definitely recommend this company. I have just renewed my policy with them.”

“We've only had to subscribe to a roadside rescue service when our cars have reached three years old, ie out of manufacturer's cover. We invariably change cars at four years old and fall back under manufacturer's cover; however, Start Rescue has always provided the cover that we need at a sensible price with a good app based call out system.”

“Start Rescue have only had to come out to me once over the years and I was very impressed by the service. Unlike other rescue services they use providers local to you so the waiting is greatly reduced. I have found their renewal costs are competitive.”
