Called at 4am. Initially great, got picked up 4:30. But got dropped off at services at 5:30 saying another company has to take me rest of the way. Still not here at 7am. Absolutely disgusting service. An hour response time??????? No point in using this breakdown company Will never use again.

I cancelled my policy the next day as staff are very unhelpful and rude!

Absolutely rubbish service, avoid at any cost, all they care is the money, once they've got your money they don't won't to hear from you, they don't know what is the customer service and it's meaning, they should be on Rip Of Britain program.

I've just bought rescue cover and find your webpage very confusing. The page has a series of W and V letters with no way of understanding what is going on. It could be that your webpage is faulty.

Called out twice Both times unable to help This is the 2nd year i have been with this company & it will be the last, The first time i called them out was outside my house on a Saturday about 2 months ago when my car would not start, I called them & they said they would send a Engineer out,1 hr later a young man in a tow truck appeared with no diagnostic equipment & only wanted to tow me to the nearest garage, I explained i really wanted to find out if the car could be started but was told he was only sent out to tow the car to a garage, I asked him to leave my car & i would take it to a friends garage on the Monday, The 2nd time i used them again was on a Saturday, I had miss-fueled my wife's Diesel Civic, I didn't drive the car just pushed it to a safe part of the garage, I called them & was told i was covered BUT i would have to pay for someone to come out ( Not sure how that is being covered ) but anyway i was told i would get a call back, 10 minutes later i got a call to inform me that no one could come out to drain my tank & the only service they could give me was to have me towed to my house, I informed them i was not happy with this as i needed the car as mine was in the garage for a service but was told that was the best they could do, I asked if i could speak to a supervisor or manager & was told one would call me back, While waiting for a call back i did a google search for a fuel drainage company & the 2nd listing nearest to me answered & was with me within 1 hr & had me back on the road within 2 hrs, I did get a call back from a supervisor who told me that they could only take my car back to my house & send someone out on Monday to drain the tank, I informed him that i managed to get my own repair sorted & asked why they could not have done this for me, I was informed that they only used a limited number of companies for repairs to cars & the ones they used in my area were too busy to come out until Monday ( Nice to know i'm not the only Muppet who miss-fuels there car ), I asked him was it a problem getting a breakdown service at the weekend as both times i have called have been on a Saturday & both times i had no other option than to be towed. If the only thing i wanted was to be towed i could buy a tow bar & get my wife to pull me home & save a hell of a lot of cash, Which is what i will be doing in the future or i will be going to a company that will actually try & fix my car if it breaks down not just pull it home or to a garage for me. I would advice anyone who is thinking of joining this company DON'T or if you do don't break down at the weekends. *Slight Update to my review, I have just found out my renewal is due in 2 days time so i have cancelled my policy* As i stated above i would not deal with these people as they are at your service to help you in a breakdown not just tow your motor to your home or a garage AND if you can do the job better yourselves than they can why pay them money, I expected them to come up with a solution to my problem not pay them over £50 a year to fix the problem myself.

How can you possibly write a review on something you haven't used. I can't even use the service for another 12 hours! Try asking for reviews once people have used the service.

Hi I took out a 3 star breakdown cover but have not been sent an activation email and have not been able to review the terms and conditions exclusions which form referencing your website seem to be numerous. Unless I obtain this information by tomorrow I will cancel the cover under the 14 day cool off period allowed me for online purchases. Not a very good start

I thought I had bought a European cover, but as my car is 10 years old, they made me pay for the the breakdown without telling me is was only for uk and not for Europe. I realised that later because I couldn't find a number that you could call from Europe in case of a breakdown. Very dishonest of them!!!

There's too much to put here but I'll try!!! My dad aged 73 took out the cover so he was never stranded or housebound without his car as its a 2002 polo! Contacted start-rescue today as his car wouldn't start. Recovery vehicle was 30minutes late (although they text to advise they were running behind schedule!) They arrived about 11:15 and spent 3/4 hour with my dad and his vehicle and advised him that the reason his car wasn't starting was due to a fault with the engine management and the CF recovery man advised that a specialist garage would need to be used and advised my dad of a garage in team valley in Gateshead to use. However, the above garage is fully booked and has a full yard of cars awaiting being worked on so they couldn't store my dads car until they had finished their previous jobs and the recovery guy left my dad the garages number for Paul and then left my dads house. I received a call from a gentleman (I think he said he was called Keiran). I advised him as above and he kept putting me on hold as if he was new to the job!! He couldn't seem to grasp that the garage were full and the car couldn't be taken in and the other local garages didn't have the correct equipment to carry out the work on the car and said that seen as the car was not being recovered today that my dad (73 and a pensioner) would have to pay after Easter to have the car recovered to the garage as it was classed as a second call out!! This is ridiculous he has taken out a policy so that his car is always covered in the event of a breakdown and has not had his car fixed/recovered and now faces charges to have it recovered to a garage and repair costs when this should have been done today. This is disgusting service and I will make sure I spread the word on social media/review sites/papers wherever I can so that everyone learns how an OAP has been treated by your company! I trust that you will look into this appalling service and contact me accordingly. In the meantime my dad is left housebound and carless because of using his breakdown cover and a garage being busy. Seems really fair doesn't it???

I went through the internet and put in my vehicle details with it being an older vw camper. It accepted the vehicle and my full payment but for some reason I couldn't get on the terms and conditions until after payment. I then checked the t and c and had to phone them at which I was told that they don't do vw campers!! The girl on the phone was very pleasant but o am now awaiting refund. I think their internet site needs sorting and I didn't go through price comparison site

your email stated that my cover started on the 13th march I had a breakdown around 10.00am on the 13th I used your mobile app and was told that I was not covered until 1pm now your emails do not say this it juts says that I am covered from the 13th march now correct me if I am wrong but the 13th starts thirteen hours earlier than 1 pm
