How can I say how good you are one day after purchase and before cover starts

After asking for one simple break down recovery, they didn't help one bit other than try to get me to pay further monthly or yearly payments which were very expensive. I ended up getting my friend to tow me.

Your customer services is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I was left stranded when I need the service the most, they wanted to charge me £90 to jump start my car despite havibg a current policy which was filled up with call out charges which I never received. I have complained but no one gets back to me to discuss the problem. I regret recommending you to a family member because am worried they could be treated this way too. Am very angry with your service right now. Seriously considering other services after they I will sue for compensation for attempting to over charge me for service I have already paid for.

I am not in a position to give a review, it's very easy to get things right at application stage when a payment is involved. I suggest you contact customers after they have had a breakdown to review your service for a true report. Hopefully I will not have to use your service but if it is poor or great ask me afterwards.

Its a breakdown service. Haven't broken down so haven't used the service so nothing to comment on. Send me another survey when I have to use the breakdown service.

Complete mess up from start to finish with my European breakdown, wouldn't cover onward travel for a road trip, only to 1 destination?! Not specified when I purchased the policy! Cost me a fortune in phone calls and lots of the time on the phone arguing.

I didn't realise that my car was already cover so i phoned up to cancel and ask for a refund but was told i wasn't entitled to a refund even though i was only a month into the cover. Ridiculous and pathetic way to treat customers

I have only just joined up and have still not received any e-mail to confirm my membership. You clearly have my application or would not have sent me this. I have e-mailed twice now asking you to send the e-mail and have heard nothing. Can you please get back to me. Really irritated. I am beginning to wonder whether you administer claims in a similar way. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, the application is cancelled and I expect a full return of my money and compensation for inadequate customer service.

policy run out 15/10/16 tried ringing you on the 15th to renew but could not get through as i add your old number.then on the 16/10 i broke down 2 miles from my home got your new number from a search engine and rang you to renew policy and to fix my car only to be told after i payed for the new policy it would cost me another 100 pound for a call out .i will be writing bad reviews about this if i do not get an appolgy

Called up to find out costs after being with start for years, rather than clarify, kept making excuses. Finally was given high prices. Went on the Start website myself and found much cheaper options for the same cover.

The only communication I have had about this purchase is the request for a review..no email of acknowledgement other than this. It doesn't augur well

I was not happy with the whole thing . I waited two hours on phone speaking to some one then left hanging on for half hour all in all it was 2hours before someone got to me ,I want to Cancell my policy now please , the experience I had just on just first day cover, I want my money back now please
