“Good quality product that does the job nicely. However I didn't receive a confirmation email upon purchase (I checked my junk - not there). I received a quick response when I contacted snuz to make sure my order had gone through.”

“We bought a replacement fabric set for the snug pod 3. The shelf below came poorly stitched meaning that we had to make an alteration to get it to actually fit the snuz pod. Nothing wrong with the cot replacement. Just a shame because of how much you spend to replace these.”

“Really unhappy with this. I purchased it as I had the snuzpod for my baby and so thought it was naturally a good upgrade for her cot. I wasn’t sent any order confirmation or anything so had to chase a week later to see if it was ordered/ arriving etc. finally arrived and it’s so rustly it wakes my daughter up every time she turns in the night. I also washed the mattress cover as instructed on the care label and now it’s gone all funny/ pulled/ fluffy and ruined. Would not buy again and this email prompt reminded me I really need to email customer services about returning.”

“The delivery driver delivered the package to an unknown house so I never received the original package. After a lot of emails and process they finally sent some of my items out, which I have now received. But I am still waiting on one more item which I haven't had any updates on and have re-chased. Not a fun process to go through when you are 7/8 months pregnant and ordered this about two months ago now. I wouldn't use their website again.”

“It seemed really comfy just to snuggle but when it came to actually sleeping, it put my upper back into a really weird position, and made my hips dig in to the mattress so I ended up with upper back and hip pain which was not the desired result at all. It’s a shame because it’s well made but it doesn’t suit me at all.”

“I really love Snuz sleeping bags for my baby. They are 100% cotton, comfortable and very well made. The zip for easy nappy changing is extremely useful. This is the reason why I struggle to use other brands versions - they either don’t have an easy nappy changing zip or are made out of synthetic materials. They are expensive but I will continue to buy them for my baby.”

“I did so much research online for the perfect pregnancy pillow and I really thought I’d found ‘the one’ from Snuz. Unfortunately I’ve found myself waking in the middle of the night struggling to turn over with such bad pain in my lower back. I’ve given this pillow a couple of weeks of trying out to see if there’s a better way to use it but sadly now it’s just laid at the side of the bed not being used. Also wouldn’t recommend this for taller people because I feel like my ankles were at the very bottom of the pillow and made it hard to stay in position.”

“Great cot, good quality. Good storage underneath and on the sides. Easy to carry in other rooms. Have matching mattress protector and sheets. Would love to see more sheet designs then the few basic ones available. Would also love to see full bundles in future where you can buy a whole set of everything not just the cot. Little feedback: Wouldn’t mind if the stickers would be placed elsewhere or made smaller especially the ones which are just translations. Just looks tacky.”

“These items are very flimsy, this is the third one I've bought. Just don't ever lean on it, which is easy to accidentally do when you have it in the beside bed position and you're picking up your baby in the middle of the night.”

“It’s disappointing that in order to zip down the side, you need to remove the steel bar, and can only do this with an Allen key. This is same issue to adjust the height and to fix the tilt feature. Not the most efficient way of using if you decided last minute you want to add the tilt or adjust the height and need to have an Allen key handy. I am rethinking my purchase based on this.”
