“Great cot, good quality. Good storage underneath and on the sides. Easy to carry in other rooms. Have matching mattress protector and sheets. Would love to see more sheet designs then the few basic ones available. Would also love to see full bundles in future where you can buy a whole set of everything not just the cot. Little feedback: Wouldn’t mind if the stickers would be placed elsewhere or made smaller especially the ones which are just translations. Just looks tacky.”

“These items are very flimsy, this is the third one I've bought. Just don't ever lean on it, which is easy to accidentally do when you have it in the beside bed position and you're picking up your baby in the middle of the night.”

“It’s disappointing that in order to zip down the side, you need to remove the steel bar, and can only do this with an Allen key. This is same issue to adjust the height and to fix the tilt feature. Not the most efficient way of using if you decided last minute you want to add the tilt or adjust the height and need to have an Allen key handy. I am rethinking my purchase based on this.”

“The toddler bed rails don’t fit properly and my daughter rolls a lot in her sleep and has fallen out every time. I would have expected them to be higher and longer. Disappointed”

“We have used multiple Snuz products for both our children and have been delighted have no complaints. Great products; well made and designed. “My order from Snuz never arrived. It was cancelled by Snuz and I wasn’t informed of this until I contacted the company myself. You wouldn’t want to have a small baby awaiting a replacement part with Customer Service like that.”

“The Snüz seems great. Really helping my partner sleep and be comfortable through pregnancy. The design I would say is a little flawed however in that the zip on the bean section fastens around the top circular area and the zip starts/ends right where you would want to put your face/chin. It would be much better if the zip was hidden by material/fastened at the opposite side or was along the length of the bean section at the back instead.”

“We were gifted a snuz cradle for our grandchild but it needed a new fabric cradle kit. I was not sure which one I should buy as sizing has changed slightly over the years. Customer service was excellent and helped me source the right one and got it all ordered for me 👍🏻a few days later it arrived. Fitting was straight forward and the snuz bed cradle looks like new. My daughter is delighted!”
