“As an expectant mother due to give birth to our first little one in April, we spent our Christmas shopping and researching everything baby. We visited a local stockiest of the Snuzpod and were highly impressed with the stability, sturdiness and overall look of the Snuzpod. In comparison to other bedside cribs available in store we found ourselves gravitating back to the Snuzpod. Very stylish, I loved the colour range and rocking frame which can also be stabilised. We cannot wait to use the Snuzpod.”

“Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, however when I spoke to someone on the phone she couldn't be more helpful. A really lovely and helpful lady who got my order to me the next day, thank you so much.”

“Item ordered as a gift. Never arrived. When I checked my bank statement, item had been refunded with no explanation. Baffling. Very poor experience. Would not recommend.”

“Only order if you live in UK. If you order to EU you have to pay the tax upon delivery. And if you want to return it, you have to foot the cost yourself. Customer service is bad too - you can only email then you have to wait days for a response and it’s a ‘pay extra to receive it or send it back’. Wouldn’t recommend for EU customers.”

“I was rather disappointed with the bundle that I purchased. The cot had rough wooden bits and we had to sand it ourselves. In addition the duo mattress is marked as Don’t Buy by Which magazine as it failed most of their safety tests. I am throwing it away and buying Which recommended alternative instead.”

“Ordered a crib at the end of Oct, didn’t receive a confirmation email although the money was taken out of my account right away. It took 4 and a half weeks for my order to arrive, and never received any emails to be able to track my order”

“Ordered snuzpod, snuzkot and a matching chest of drawers/changing table. Really like the look and design of it, but you have to build it from scratch on your own. Worst than IKEA assembly - many pieces, items are not marked or labelled, very basic instructions and pieces do nor fit easily together. Paying £600 for a chest of drawer and having to spend a day having to build it - a complete joke. For that reason a poor rating. I would have never built it myself as a woman, nor had the patience when I am expecting a child. My husband is brilliant at diy but even he struggled to get it right. Also, ordered wrong color. Emailed same day but only got a reply 3 days later that items left thus not possible to exchange, only to send back for refund and order a new one. Next day delivery - not next day.”

“Very unhappy with this. The first time I had to wash the cover I realised that this is nothing more than 3 pieces of hard sponge glued together. It’s noisy, bouncy and poor quality. We’ve been using it for 1 year and a bit, when I noticed that the mesh on the “waterproof” surface has gone dark. I took the cover off and it’s full of mold! This is terrifying! My child has been sleeping on it and was breathing this in. We live in a clean, dry, well heated new built, and this should have never happened. This mattress is poor quality and a hazard for children… now my kid is sleeping on an inflatable mattress whilst I get something else. I hope he’ll be fine and no health issue will occur due to sleeping on mold! I would not recommend buying this.”

“We bought a replacement fabric set for the snug pod 3. The shelf below came poorly stitched meaning that we had to make an alteration to get it to actually fit the snuz pod. Nothing wrong with the cot replacement. Just a shame because of how much you spend to replace these.”

“Really unhappy with this. I purchased it as I had the snuzpod for my baby and so thought it was naturally a good upgrade for her cot. I wasn’t sent any order confirmation or anything so had to chase a week later to see if it was ordered/ arriving etc. finally arrived and it’s so rustly it wakes my daughter up every time she turns in the night. I also washed the mattress cover as instructed on the care label and now it’s gone all funny/ pulled/ fluffy and ruined. Would not buy again and this email prompt reminded me I really need to email customer services about returning.”

“The delivery driver delivered the package to an unknown house so I never received the original package. After a lot of emails and process they finally sent some of my items out, which I have now received. But I am still waiting on one more item which I haven't had any updates on and have re-chased. Not a fun process to go through when you are 7/8 months pregnant and ordered this about two months ago now. I wouldn't use their website again.”
