“The product was fantastic. Waterproof cover was soft and sheets fitted perfectly. Lovely design. However the next day delivery came 5 days later. So product great, courier not good at all.”

“I am very happy to have a new set of screws for my SnuzKot Skandi Cot Bed, and that they arrived in 5 days. However, I also need the instructions of how to use them to put the bed together. Please can you send me a PDF or a photo of the instructions? I want the bed to be safe for my grandchild. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.”

“When I ordered I didn’t get an email just PayPal confirmation. The email then came from another brand name and I guessed it was snuz because it was the same amount. I didn’t get a dispatch email so I wasn’t sure when to expect delivery. The items I bought though I am happy with”

“Lovely soft quality sheets, bought as well as waterproof cover for SnuzBaskit and SnuzPod (found the mattress cover hard to get straight underneath the sheet as not elasticated so moves easily)”

“Good quality product that does the job nicely. However I didn't receive a confirmation email upon purchase (I checked my junk - not there). I received a quick response when I contacted snuz to make sure my order had gone through.”

“I got the SnuzKot Toddler Rails White, it has a great design and quality. In my experience though it was slightly difficult to install and fit it perfectly and I’m a skilled person..! So make sure to take your time and don’t force it to not cause any damage 🙏”

“It is very nice to look at and love the concept. However some of the edges were a little rough which was disappointing, also one of the long metal side supports won't screw all the way in not matter how we have tried and is sticking out. Is this something you can help us with? Bethany”

“The website was really user friendly. I live in Ireland but the snuz UK site made ordering my snuzpod and accessories straight forward. The delivery was fast and affordable. The customer care team are incredibly helpful and respond promptly. Only down side was there was no email of Courier info (ability to track order). All I knew was 3-7 working days. Therefore my snuzpod failed delivery twice, and only after I contacted snuz.co.uk did I find out the tracking number , Courier company , and estimated time of delivery to avoid missing my package again. Shame as I could have had it last Friday and it's now Tuesday. I think the Courier name (DHL) and shipping reference should be emailed to customers so they can manage their order. However my snuzpod is here and it's gorgeous! Cannot wait to see my baby sleeping close!”

“I ordered the Snuzpod and bedding sets to go with it. It arrived quickly and I received delivery updates beforehand. The product was well packaged and the wood seems to be excellent quality. I was impressed with the product and very excited once it was assembled. I was however disappointed that I had to clean the white fabric insert as it had red marks on the inside of every corner which I discovered once it was assembled. This did come off with a quick sponge. Also I was a little disappointed that the logo badge appears to be upside down. This was not a cheap product and it does seem to be made from quality materials, however little finishing touches seem to be going uncared for.”
