“Excellent service from Snuz. We were in the process of getting prepared to have our second baby and got the snuzpod 4 out of storage from when we had our first. Everything was perfect with the snuzpod and still of the same quality as we first got it. Unfortunately, we were missing the fixings for our snuzpod as we must have misplaced them. A quick google search and I found them on the Snuz.com at really good value. I ordered them on the Friday afternoon and despite saying it would take a few days, they arrived before midday on the Saturday. All fixings were correct and our snuzpod 4 is now ready and waiting for baby number 2. Would definitely not hesitate to purchase from Snuz.com again, it will be my first port of call.”

“Sent me the wrong size mattress, I ordered a 4 but a 3 arrived and took four days to send me the correct one. Newborn had to sleep elsewhere while I waited for this to be rectified.”

“I would not recommend ordering from Snuz if based outside of the UK. For a relatively small order we had to pay customs, taxes and charges of approx 1/3 of the value of the order. This was not flagged to us in advance and would have made a lot more sense to purchase these locally.”

“My order was cancelled without any notification so I was waiting for the product. I am so dissapointed about the customer service. I feel so “funny” that I receive e-mail and I was asking feedback about the purchase… no comment.”

“The mattress I ordered to match our snuzpod does not fit the bed even though it says it is the same edition. I called and emailed snuz to ask where to return the unopened mattress and was told I would receive a call back as the lady I needed to speak to was ‘on the other line’. I neither received a call nor an email reply and I have tried multiple times now. I have a mattress sat waiting to return having now bought one that fits, and nowhere to send it. Really disappointed with the customer service and the fact I am £44 out of pocket.”

“As an expectant mother due to give birth to our first little one in April, we spent our Christmas shopping and researching everything baby. We visited a local stockiest of the Snuzpod and were highly impressed with the stability, sturdiness and overall look of the Snuzpod. In comparison to other bedside cribs available in store we found ourselves gravitating back to the Snuzpod. Very stylish, I loved the colour range and rocking frame which can also be stabilised. We cannot wait to use the Snuzpod.”
