Do not think of buying any products if outside of UK! Everything you have to order- new or for replacement - comes with MASSIVE import charges. I paid 33% in charges on top of what I paid. Not worth it at all, and no mention of this at any time during purchase. Most other stores take on the charges themselves. Really disappointing for new parents that already have so much expenses - and zero help from customer service.

For orders outside of the UK, the customer is now responsible for all duties, taxes and custom clearance. My mother in law brought me and my partner this with the snuz pod and mattress protector… I was really looking forward to using it but when putting new batteries in for the first time today it doesn't turn on, make noise or light up :( I got rid of the box when I was setting up baby’s room so don’t believe I can ether return.

Very unhappy with this. The first time I had to wash the cover I realised that this is nothing more than 3 pieces of hard sponge glued together. It’s noisy, bouncy and poor quality. We’ve been using it for 1 year and a bit, when I noticed that the mesh on the “waterproof” surface has gone dark. I took the cover off and it’s full of mold! This is terrifying! My child has been sleeping on it and was breathing this in. We live in a clean, dry, well heated new built, and this should have never happened. This mattress is poor quality and a hazard for children… now my kid is sleeping on an inflatable mattress whilst I get something else. I hope he’ll be fine and no health issue will occur due to sleeping on mold! I would not recommend buying this.

I will never shop at yours and would not recommend you to anyone. Customers need to stay well away from you. Your customer service does not exist and you are extremely dishonest. I mistakenly made a duplicate purchase on your website, returned the item, and the next day, you still have not issued me a refund one month later. Give me my money back.

Bought and paid for Snuzpod4 on 8/5/24. PayPal account shows money taken. Order confirmation received. Next day delivery promised. 2 days later - nothing received, no messages or confirmation of product out for delivery. Messaged via website. No response. Called the number on their website 0800 145 6536, no answer, recorded message says call another time. Same message when I did. Number given on reviews.co.uk 01386 791023 - when dialled get message it doesn't exist. IS THIS A SCAM?

My order from Snuz never arrived. It was cancelled by Snuz and I wasn’t informed of this until I contacted the company myself. You wouldn’t want to have a small baby awaiting a replacement part with Customer Service like that.

Terrible customer service. Also terrible packaging and on of my pieces came cracked. Another piece doesn’t do as it should. The product it’s self is a 3/5 but the service is so bad it has to be 1/5 overall.

I still haven’t received my Snuzpod studio after 7 weeks. The team from the Baby Show handling the order are rude, sarcastic and unhelpful.

I purchased the snuzkot, changing table, wardrobe and pro-surface mattress and have been really disappointed with all them. The pro-surface mattress fits too snugly in the snuzkot causing it to lump up in the middle, resulting in an uneven sleeping surface for our baby, which cause her to roll toward towards the wooden bars head first if she moves in the crib, which she invariably does. I got in touch with customer services who were very helpful and sent me a new mattress but exactly the same thing has happened and so it's clearly due to the mattress being too tight a fit. The most frustrating thing is the snuzkot requires a very unusual sized mattress and so you can't really find one from a another brand to use instead. I got the matching furniture because it was made from quality materials (plywood instead of the usual chipboard or mdf) but I've been pretty disappointed with that too as the fittings that hold the drawer fronts on the changing table and wardrobe require constant tightening otherwise the drawer fronts fall off. I can't honestly recommend any of these products, which is a shame as I think they look really nice and are in theory made of quality materials, although the fittings are very ikea standard and let it down.

Sent me the wrong size mattress, I ordered a 4 but a 3 arrived and took four days to send me the correct one. Newborn had to sleep elsewhere while I waited for this to be rectified.

I would not recommend ordering from Snuz if based outside of the UK. For a relatively small order we had to pay customs, taxes and charges of approx 1/3 of the value of the order. This was not flagged to us in advance and would have made a lot more sense to purchase these locally.

My order was cancelled without any notification so I was waiting for the product. I am so dissapointed about the customer service. I feel so “funny” that I receive e-mail and I was asking feedback about the purchase… no comment.

The mattress I ordered to match our snuzpod does not fit the bed even though it says it is the same edition. I called and emailed snuz to ask where to return the unopened mattress and was told I would receive a call back as the lady I needed to speak to was ‘on the other line’. I neither received a call nor an email reply and I have tried multiple times now. I have a mattress sat waiting to return having now bought one that fits, and nowhere to send it. Really disappointed with the customer service and the fact I am £44 out of pocket.

Item ordered as a gift. Never arrived. When I checked my bank statement, item had been refunded with no explanation. Baffling. Very poor experience. Would not recommend.

Only order if you live in UK. If you order to EU you have to pay the tax upon delivery. And if you want to return it, you have to foot the cost yourself. Customer service is bad too - you can only email then you have to wait days for a response and it’s a ‘pay extra to receive it or send it back’. Wouldn’t recommend for EU customers.
