“The toddler bed rails don’t fit properly and my daughter rolls a lot in her sleep and has fallen out every time. I would have expected them to be higher and longer. Disappointed”

“Absolute game changer for pregnancy pillows. Still able to use own pillows on the head, perfect alignment for the back and hips and very comfy pillow for the bump. Love it.”

“We have used multiple Snuz products for both our children and have been delighted have no complaints. Great products; well made and designed. Recently I had to purchase a replacement part for a SnuzKot because I had misplaced it and the customer service team were super quick and efficient. Would highly recommend”

“My order from Snuz never arrived. It was cancelled by Snuz and I wasn’t informed of this until I contacted the company myself. You wouldn’t want to have a small baby awaiting a replacement part with Customer Service like that.”

“The Snüz seems great. Really helping my partner sleep and be comfortable through pregnancy. The design I would say is a little flawed however in that the zip on the bean section fastens around the top circular area and the zip starts/ends right where you would want to put your face/chin. It would be much better if the zip was hidden by material/fastened at the opposite side or was along the length of the bean section at the back instead.”

“We were gifted a snuz cradle for our grandchild but it needed a new fabric cradle kit. I was not sure which one I should buy as sizing has changed slightly over the years. Customer service was excellent and helped me source the right one and got it all ordered for me 👍🏻a few days later it arrived. Fitting was straight forward and the snuz bed cradle looks like new. My daughter is delighted!”

“I am so pleased with my purchase of the Snuz crib and mattress. It was for my daughter and son-in-law and they love it. It looks beautiful on their nursery. The customer service was unbelievable. I had a bit of a problem and I was given so much help and consideration. The problem was solved right away. Snuz is an excellent company and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Just what was needed as a replacement for an upcycled 2nd hand Snuzpod for my visiting grandaughter. Somehow one of the mattress bases had hit mislaid. Didn’t matter that it was a different colour as the mattress covered it and white colour looking for was out of stock.”

“I ordered this cot for my grandson. My son put it together and found 3 screws were missing. He contacted Snuez who sent some to him very quickly and all is well. So far my grandson has been sleeping very well and the cot appears to be good quality and sturdy. Customer service and delivery was excellent.”
