I ordered and payed next day delivery of 2 things and one of them was delivered wrong! And I needed it urgently...honnestly the saying that crossed my head was...you had ONE job...and you did it poorly Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the lady at the customer service was nice and helpful... Also, ordered again fitted sheets almost a week ago and no sign of them, so just left to wonder when and what will be delivered this time

After the first wash, the mattress cover had already developed pilling. I'm dissapointed.

I was rather disappointed with the bundle that I purchased. The cot had rough wooden bits and we had to sand it ourselves. In addition the duo mattress is marked as Don’t Buy by Which magazine as it failed most of their safety tests. I am throwing it away and buying Which recommended alternative instead.

Ordered snuzpod, snuzkot and a matching chest of drawers/changing table. Really like the look and design of it, but you have to build it from scratch on your own. Worst than IKEA assembly - many pieces, items are not marked or labelled, very basic instructions and pieces do nor fit easily together. Paying £600 for a chest of drawer and having to spend a day having to build it - a complete joke. For that reason a poor rating. I would have never built it myself as a woman, nor had the patience when I am expecting a child. My husband is brilliant at diy but even he struggled to get it right. Also, ordered wrong color. Emailed same day but only got a reply 3 days later that items left thus not possible to exchange, only to send back for refund and order a new one. Next day delivery - not next day.

It seemed really comfy just to snuggle but when it came to actually sleeping, it put my upper back into a really weird position, and made my hips dig in to the mattress so I ended up with upper back and hip pain which was not the desired result at all. It’s a shame because it’s well made but it doesn’t suit me at all.

I did so much research online for the perfect pregnancy pillow and I really thought I’d found ‘the one’ from Snuz. Unfortunately I’ve found myself waking in the middle of the night struggling to turn over with such bad pain in my lower back. I’ve given this pillow a couple of weeks of trying out to see if there’s a better way to use it but sadly now it’s just laid at the side of the bed not being used. Also wouldn’t recommend this for taller people because I feel like my ankles were at the very bottom of the pillow and made it hard to stay in position.

The toddler bed rails don’t fit properly and my daughter rolls a lot in her sleep and has fallen out every time. I would have expected them to be higher and longer. Disappointed

The products are great, absolutely five out of five. However I am struggling to get a spare part for one of them and this will limit its usability in the months to come. Very disappointing given the initial cost of the item.

I ordered a crib and my order stated that the goods would arrive the next working day. After 4 days (without any communication from Snuz) I emailed asking where my goods were. A colleague named ‘Liv’ responded saying that there was a delay with the delivery company and if I didn’t receive the goods in another 5 days, to get back in touch. I wasn’t happy with this so emailed back. Another colleague called ‘Holly’ promptly replied, investigate and had my item on a next day delivery. The item was delivered today. Holly was very efficient and professional. Liv, on the other hand was quick to blame the delivery company and say it had nothing to do with Snuz. Communication overall extremely poor but Holly was very good!!

We're sorry to hear that you had a more negative experience to start out with, however thank you for recognising Holly's quick efforts at resolving the issue at hand. We have looked back through the tickets and can confirm that standard policies were being followed by Liv and it just happens that when you contacted Holly, the time frame would now been deemed as lost, which is why a replacement was issued. We were not sure which unit we had so oreder the dpole to find out it s too short. It would have helped if the dimensions were in the description. Due to its cost not worth returning so having a local company make the modifcation or a pole made

Very unimpressed. I've spent twice as long as the claimed 50 minutes assembling this. It feels like a prototype in need of a proper work-over from a product designer. It is fiddly for no apparent advantage. The assembly illustrations are ambigious in parts and some of sequencing does not appear to make sense. Quality control needs work too as one cross-brace was missing the nuts to recieve to the screws and another brace was split where the nut receptacle had been driven in too hard. I tried to assemble this a competent father attempting to help a daughter just home with a new-born. In the event, there is a crib but no stand to place it on. I wouldn't recommended this. Even without issues, it is expensive and overly complicated.

Snuz is suppose to make top quality products with excellent support. In the pictures the snuz products look very nice but they are very expensive for the price. We bought the Snuzkot, Snuzpod and Snuz changing units. The Snuzpod came and we didnt have much issues with that. Next came the snuz changing unit. There we had two issues. The drawer front had an imperfection but also the sides of the top of the changing unit had unpainted wood. Contacted Snuz and we did get a new door front but for the unpainted wood they told us its suppose to be like that. I looked at some other pictures of snuz changing units and that was not the case. Our third product and have to say the worst product was the Snuzkot. The product came with a manufacturing fault that two holes were not pre drilled. I contacted Snuz and told them about this. Their response was that I didnt buy it from an approved supplier and they will not send me a replacement part. So had to drill the holes myself. If the company was a descent company they would have just sent us one small piece of wood after we spen around 1200 pounds on all their products. The Snuzkot also does not fit seemingly together. There are spaces between the main frame and the crib bars which are wider in certain areas than others so you have to do some adjustment on your own. Overall for the money you spend I have to say Ikea Products are made better. In the future I would not buy products from Snuz again.

I ordered a new mattress and mattress protector. No mattress protector when package arrived despite it being on delivery docket and paid for. Customer service currently looking into it. My baby is overdue and I ordered from Ireland so very inconvenient.
