“Customer service at Snuz has been outstanding. Thank you to Lou who quickly sorted out an issue regarding my Snuz Mattress. She organised to send me a new mattress and replacement cot panels and I received them all within 1 working day. I have been overwhelmed by the service! Thank you very much from a very happy Snuz customer!!”

“If i could give less than a 1 i would w3 purchased the snuz mode cot from mothercare as it looked great and it was grey and white the colour scheme we wanted once it was delivered and we opened it up tp put up the end panels and the trims were loose were it was jointed paint was scratched off so i contacted snuz and i admit customer service was great and fast and no squoble and sent us 2 replacement ends saying it would have been the delivery guy at fault, with workin away they were left in the boxes untouched for afew week we ordered the mattress which came no problem so thought get my brother to finish putting the cot up when hes finished some other work in the house hes a joiner i recived a phone call from him today sayin the cot is shocking its not leveling right so 2screws arent near the holes for them and every time hes screwed the screws its made the noise like the woods ready to split and other sections as hes doing it wood and paints splitting its shocking and this is coming from my brother whos a joiner by trade the past 25years if i could get my money back i would the first 3 photos are from the new parts rest from first time round”

“We absolutely love the Snuzpod (our baby sleeps much better than our first baby who was in a different cot so THANK YOU!) It looks so stylish in our bedroom and we love the features that it has- the tilt was particularly useful when our baby had a cold recently. We also have the sheets and the cloud and think the whole collection is great. Would highly recommend!”

“I really love Snuz sleeping bags for my baby. They are 100% cotton, comfortable and very well made. The zip for easy nappy changing is extremely useful. This is the reason why I struggle to use other brands versions - they either don’t have an easy nappy changing zip or are made out of synthetic materials. They are expensive but I will continue to buy them for my baby.”

“Their products do not work together. The baby sleeping bag does not fit in the Snuz Pod (unless your baby is unfortunate enough to not have a head). Two of their most popular products, it's pretty surprising. More so that there doesn't seem to be any record of this anywhere online. We are posting so that other new parents are aware.”

“Beautiful bedside cot that looks great in our bedroom. We ordered some sheets that didn't fit the mattress very well, but we got in touch with them and they sent out new ones straight away that fit nicely - great customer service.”

“The zip on my snuzpod broke and I contacted Snuz to find out if I could buy a replacement canvas. They immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge and it arrived the next day. My baby loves her snuzpod and I was very happy with the fantastic customer service. It's been the one baby item I could not have done without.”

“delivery delayed to add insult to injury the company sent the wrong size. As the item arrived late it was too late to give the item as a present and we had to scramble to find something else in a short space of time which wasn't ideal and as we had already spent money on this item we had to spend even more on the gift we were giving as a replacement. Not impressed this company leaves a lot to be desired and will think twice before ordering from here again”

“I ordered a new mattress and mattress protector. No mattress protector when package arrived despite it being on delivery docket and paid for. Customer service currently looking into it. My baby is overdue and I ordered from Ireland so very inconvenient.”

“We ordered our Snuz Pod on Sunday 26th March. Allegedly it was going to be delivered on Thursday 30th March but the driver didn't knock on our door or leave a card and then again on Friday 31st March. A week after we ordered we still haven't received our Snuz Pod. Very concerning as our baby is due imminently and we've spent over £200. I need someone from Snuz Pod or U.K. Mail to sort this out because we're extremely frustrated. If I ever receive my Snuz Pod I'll happily review again.”
