Part of the snuzbaskit stand is faulty - there is a unremovable blockage in the screw thread so you can’t screw in the screw. The stand is therefore unstable and not usable. Three emails have been sent to hello@snuz.co.uk and direct@snuz.co.uk about this issue with no response and it has now been over a week. Incredibly disappointing considering the money spent on snuz products here and via John Lewis. Snuz products are not cheap and often rely on expensive extras for essential set up so quality is a minimum expectation. Phone lines are currently down and the live chat is AI so there has been no other way to reach customer service.

I sent an email regarding a mistake in my order over a week ago and after receiving an automatic reply saying that I’d get a reply within 48 hours, sending a follow up email, and attempting to contact with the same message on Facebook messenger, I’ve heard nothing back. This means I’m left with the wrong product which I can’t use and am unsure of what my options are. I’m so disappointed because I’d done my research on which was the best mattress to get and had expected better communication from the company.

Very bad customer service. I have ordered the mattress last week and it said next day delivery. It has been one week and I haven’t received anything yet. I have emailed them twice and they haven’t responded to me. Not what I expected from such a famous brand.

Not good, I ordered 2 sleep bags with no nappy change zip on it, I only realised once I’d washed them so now can’t send back They were advertised on the website with the zip for nappy change

My order arrived incomplete and Snuz has not been able to refund or locate the missing item for over a week. My emails also go unanswered for multiple days. Would not recommend.

I am very happy to have a new set of screws for my SnuzKot Skandi Cot Bed, and that they arrived in 5 days. However, I also need the instructions of how to use them to put the bed together. Please can you send me a PDF or a photo of the instructions? I want the bed to be safe for my grandchild. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Hello, I am a Snüz customer from Bulgaria, and my wife and I are expecting our first child—a baby boy. We decided to purchase baby furniture from Snüz, as it is marketed as high-standard quality. Locally, the entire package cost us 4,200 BGN, which is a significant amount, especially considering the average monthly salary in Bulgaria is around 2,200 BGN. This makes the furniture nearly twice the cost of what most people earn in a month. For the price we paid, I would rate the product 2 out of 5 stars. The fitment of panels and components is extremely poor, with pieces that don’t align easily and an assembly process that is far from straightforward. When comparing Snüz to mid-range furniture brands like IKEA or Jysk, Snüz is undoubtedly disappointing. While I do appreciate the product design, which stands out compared to other options on the market, the overall quality and user experience fall far short of expectations, especially at this price point.

Do not think of buying any products if outside of UK! Everything you have to order- new or for replacement - comes with MASSIVE import charges. I paid 33% in charges on top of what I paid. Not worth it at all, and no mention of this at any time during purchase. Most other stores take on the charges themselves. Really disappointing for new parents that already have so much expenses - and zero help from customer service.

The crib itself is lovely, no complaints on that front. However, on 2 occasions now I have ordered something from Snuz on what is advertised as next day delivery, and both times they have taken atleast 3 days to arrive and both times it took me to contact them and ask where my item is otherwise it would have probably taken even longer. My advice would be to not rely on the next day delivery and if you need something sooner shop elsewhere.
